My experience with this company was nothing to write home about. I went through a lot of difficulties to get an expected ROI on my investments but all efforts proved futile. I almost lost hope and gave up on trying to recover my lost investments but i am glad i did not as i was introduced to phil ip sank ey 1961 at tutanota dot com feel free to reach out. Cheers

Having a small trading position, I have them a try. They listed a token I used in the past and posted the token as valid, receiving address etc. I sent a small amount over to trade. The funds never hit after 1 week. A dozen emails later, their "support team" emailed me back. They instructed me to send 2 separate small ETH deposits to pay for gas fees to send my refund back in ETH to my wallet. It's now over 2 months since then. Literally 25 emails I sent back because I have yet to receive my refund. Then yesterday, they sent the same email forwarded from July with the same instructions. I am livid, I sent multiple emails yesterday and today again with no response. Meanwhile, the token I originally sent gained over 50% since and I could not realize the gain because it's stuck in limbo, I'm going to work hard in the public space to have the piece of $#*! exchange shut down. Please pass this along for everyone's safety!

Why is Bitforex doing this to us? I thought the issue would have been resolved by now, and I have a lot of money there. Can someone please help me?

I guess you've been scammed from a bitcoin investment platform, they make you deposit money into a virtual wallet and you won't be able to pull it out, I've been through the road before, i was lucky enough to recover my money with the help of Reclaim. Tech, visit their website and lodge a complaint. They will help you out.

BitForex is a fraud, and cannot be trusted. After depositing money on thier platform, I was never able to move money, transfer money or get my money out, this has be going on for months. Their customer care is also not helpful at all, after several complaint, this issues remained unsolved. They kept giving me excuses. Luckily, a friend introduced me to gavibrenaid.com, with their help, I was able to get my money back. If you're thinking of depositing money on BitForex, please perish that thought. Stay far away from this company.

I have never gambled on this type of site and I don't have any problem with it. It has many trading pairs, low trading fees. This exchange is completely legal, founders - public figures, which adds confidence in working with the exchange. Many different contests and events are held regularly, community is active and adequate.

The exchange has a good quality interface and it is really convenient, special thanks to the platform for the mobile application - it is much more convenient to work with than the application of binance and other exchanges.

I started working with this platform because of indefinite contracts, when they first appeared and I managed to earn a very good amount. Now I also trade on this exchange. Also, a separate plus will be the ability to withdraw your money in dollars.

Bitforex is a fraudulent company. I was scammed by bitforex. I sent some solo coin to my bitforex account and till today, it has not been deposited to my account.
I contacted them and they said the amount I deposited can not be giving to me because it is small so it won't be deposited to my account.
Like seriously? My money is small and you are keeping it to yourself. So I'm going to lose my hard earned money because it is small? How else do you define scam guys?
If you don't want stories that touch, run far away from bitforex. I have never experienced this with other exchanges in my entire life. That same coin they stole was sent from another exchange to bitforex. The other exchange didn't steal it but bitforex decided to steal because they are thieves.
Don't send token to bitforex for your own good. Better look for another exchange to work it.

Bitforex communicated a ADA Hard Fork by social media but not by email - transferred ADA during this period but after a week still not delivered to my account. Coinbase sent on time, Bitforex don't seem to want to bother with putting it on my account. Should arrive in 5 minutes but yet one week later still not arrived!

Discovering bitforex.us.com posed a significant challenge, compounded by the equally arduous task of reclaiming my funds from the platform.

I presume all the other reviewers are associated with this company. I opened up an account today and was scammed straight away after depositing my account. Money was taken from my bank account but has not been credited to the account due to a technical problem. I was then asked for further money to sort the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THERE ARE PLENTY OF REPUTABLE EXCHANGES

I've made not many, but a few transactions on bitforex. At first everything seemed fine. Then I wanted to make a substantial transaction of about $10,600. I thought "I'll do a small transaction first to make sure it works and then I'll send the full sum through". I did my test run with some crypto equalling about a dollar or so and it looked like the transaction worked... so then I messed up... I sent the whole 10k+. Apparently, it went to some blockchain they don't support. After literal months of trying to figure out this situation they concluded that the only thing to be done was to retrieve my money through a crosschain transaction... for a fee of course... They wanted 10% of my original $10,600. I reluctantly agreed. After another MONTH (or more) of trying to get ahold of them, sending multiple emails, they basically said "sorry but it can't be done, your $10,600 is lost forever. Thanks for understanding.". Currently, I'm trying to figure out if I should try taking this to court. I'm a 24 yr old, manual laborer and can't afford to lose that kind of money. DO NOT USE bitforex if you expect timely replies, empathy, or basic understanding and help. Bitforex does not pass go... they do not collect $200...
