I am just AMAZED by the customer service of this company. The delivery was ok but I was not happy with the food from the restaurant and they refunded my money! No questions asked! I have ordered through all the delivery services. Door Dash was 2 hours late on an order and gave me a $5 credit. They were total jerks! I will never order from another delivery service again! I am sticking with BITE SQUAD! They are Awesome!
I will never use the service again after being tricked into a monthly subscription when purchasing my first order. Due to this being a credit card through work, it took me months to realize this. Of course they refunded the last month "as a courtesy". What would have been more courteous is not scamming customers in the first place. I deleted my account and will never recommend their services.
Site actually displays restaurants that are closed and lets you order from them - when delivery time had passed it still said your order is being processed - finally after 2 hours it said order cancelled so I ordered from Si Senior Tex Mex #*******. I ordered steak and chicken fajitas for my guy and they delivered steak and shrimp fajitas - he is allergic to shellfish so we had to throw out the entire $20.00 meal! I can't view my recent orders or comment on them on the app with my user info - sent them an email last night and no response - just a horrible experience!
My account was hacked so I question the site/app security. I was charged for a large order in a different state. However, unlike other reviewers, when I contacted BiteSquad they promptly reversed the charges and walked me through options to change or delete my account.
Service was slow (no driver's available?) but once food was on its way things went well - driver was excellent and friendly and food was great. Could not tell if he realized I'd tipped him with he order.
It was still slow af and the food was cold but it wasnt 2 hours like last time. Way to go. Its great to be able to order food from various restaurants.
Ordering was easy but waiting almost 2 hours for food was the bad part. Food was great and I ordered from Senor Tequila
Good service, was delivered right on time. Just didn't know ordering something from less then 2 miles away would take an hour to deliver, was really hungry. Will use again but not when I'm that anxious for the food. (also upset that by the time I saw how long it would take to deliver there was no easy way to cancel)
Ordered a dinner(burrito, rice, salad) from La Casita to eat in line at a movie sneak preview and when I opened the bag, no fork or spoon.
I am reviewing for BiteSquad in Seattle area, WA.
The service seemed reliable, the driver arrived on time and no messed up order. The delivery fee was somewhat okay $5.99 considering the restaurant is 20minutes distance.
However, they make you pay the tips to the driver and their online team in advance upon paying for your order. It may be okay but it is NOT okay when they add up tax with the tips amount you pay!
I would prefer to give tips to the driver in person, rather paying in advance and added tax with it! That is not right and unethical.
