You don't have any real and legit info about those people who call you... address, real phone number, email, registration number of the company for who they work. They present them selves just with the first name. They use VoIP so you cannot trace and you will be called from different countries.(the explanation for using VoIP is not feasible/realistic). If you are cautious/wary they maybe will write you on WhatApp but search them avatar and you will discover, like me, that hey use pictures of other people from Linkedin, Facebook...
Look carefully at any eventual email and especially for the mail server name. Identify the IP of the sender and check it...you will discover a private IP.
So you will provide the your personal data, name, phone, email, card number, CVC, they will ask you about domain of your job...and you DON'T know nothing about them. Just a first name that can be changed in a blink.
