I've purchase quite a few items over the years with this company and have been satisfied, until recently, I received a misrepresented, defective, and damaged item (bed frame). They were unable to resolve my issues via parts replacement and now expect me to get a refund by returning the very heavy item in its original damaged packaging and paying more in shipping than the item costs. While they are very prompt in responses, their resolution skills are lacking reasonableness. Please, make your purchases through Amazon, Hayneedle, or Wayfair which have much more reasonable return policies.

I am so incredibly impressed with Bison Office. I found a chair I had been searching for at half the price of other retailers and it shipped super fast. I had an issue that was the manufacturers error and I emailed the customer service department and they handled it immediately. I received a replacement part less than 48 hours after reaching out. The communication and services I received was impeccable and I would highly recommend buying from this business. It's hard to find a company that offers this type of service and attention these days. 5 stars in every category!

I ordered 4 counter stools, which arrived promptly and well-packaged. However, the last of the four had one defective piece, preventing assembly. I contacted customer service, who were so quick to respond. They kept on top of the manufacturer to assure that the replacement part was expedited, and it came in good time. We now have a full complement of great looking stools, in plenty of time for the holidays!

I bought a small leather sofa and the same sofa was offered on many other sites for a much higher price. Not only was the price much better, the customer service was really exceptional. Every effort was made on their behalf to answer any questions I had about the product in a timely manner and in a very pleasant manner. I would add a photo but we wont be putting it together for a few weeks!

This company is wonderful to deal with. I ordered an Ottoman which was delivered damaged due to shipping. Customer service was wonderful to deal with. They kept me up to date with many emails until everything was resolved. I highly recommend this website.

The fire pit table I ordered had a manufacturing defect making it impossible to assemble as intended. Bison Office had the manufacturer contact me directly for assistance. When the manufacturer confirmed the defect, Bison Office shipped me out a new unit. While I found it frustrating that it's almost impossible to reach a customer service rep by phone, they respond to emails very quickly and thoroughly. I was impressed with how they stood behind their product and their customer.

I ordered a couple of outdoor tete a tete chairs. The picture online showed exactly what we wanted.
They were quite inexpensive, so I was a little leery. They both arrived exactly on the date promised, and after unboxing they were exactly the product that was pictured. The first one went together just fine as the directions were complete and easy to understand. The second box had two pieces that were broken.
I emailed customer service and within hours they replied with what pics they needed from me. In just one day the replacement was on its way. It also arrived with 2 pieces broken, but fortunately not the same two piecess. NOT BISON'S fault. Just not enough padding inside the box from the factory.
Price, product as advertised, and immediate customer service. 5 stars for BisonOffice, 4 stars for the company packing the prodect.

I am in customer service myself and am VERY impressed with the service that Bison Office offers. I have ordered several times and had to call to either make a slight order change or ask a question- I actually got a person very quickly (Gabbie) who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gabbie was able to get my issues corrected very promptly. I am very happy with their prices and quick delivery. I have told my friends about them - IMO, BO is better than Wayfair, Amazon, etc.

We received an ordered. Beautiful, end table that arrived damaged. I contacted customer service with the problem. The front had broken off of the drawer. I did not keep the box or packaging because the box showed no sign of damage. Customer service was very understanding and willing to send a new drawer. I was hesitant because of the possibility of the drawer not fitting and the drawer was something that I could have repaired. Customer service was very willing to credit my credit card with a refund for the repair. The whole process with customer service was very easy and pleasant.

This is the first time that I'm a consumer of this company. Beginning with the order, receiving the product in super fast time, unfortunately having a problem with a broken part ……. But It really wasn't much of a problem because it was resolved IMMEDIATELY. I can't remember when I dealt with a business that was so great with customer service. I will definitely deal with the Bison Office Co. When I have a need for any of their products. Not only were their prices very good, but they exceeded my expectations in all areas.

The accent chairs we ordered were a perfect fit and color. The quality of Madison Park was exceptional and shipping was fast and undamaged. Bravo excellent product. We feel like we found a hidden gem. Thank you
