I am active military, and when the owner found out, he gave me my sandals for wholesale cost. He said they try to do that for priests, nuns and active military when they can. He went above and beyond. They were recommended by a friend who was happy with them and had been buying for years, They had a business sabotage and things were difficult he said, but they have been around selling Birkenstocks for 40 years, and it was a family business. I would go to them again next time.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS WEB-SITE! As the old saying goes, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is". They claimed to have a sandal in stock that I could not find anywhere in the ENTIRE COUNTRY! I found several review sites with GLOWING reviews for this company before placing my order. I am convinced they are ALL FAKE. While my credit card has not been charged (yet), I have had the same experience as all the other folks here. Received an order confirmation... and that's it. They do not answer e-mails or phone calls. BBB site says they are out of business. Lesson learned. Check with the BBB before ordering from any unknown web-site.
