I had messed up when I placed my order a few weeks back, and entered my mom's address instead of my brother's. It wouldn't have been the end of the world if I hadn't been able to fix it, but man I felt dumb. How does a guy forget where his brother lives when he's sending him his birthday gift!?! Anyway - some fella named Alfred was able to help me promptly with an address change before my order shipped! I was so relieved. Now my brother is enjoying his new favorite shorts and I don't look like an idiot!

Bought a pair of their pants. Fit well. I like Rhône much better but heard so much about Birddog that I wanted to try it out. I wore the pants 3x's and the button broke. Customer service was horrible to work with. No button replacement to even buy. Not sure why anyone would purchase this crap.

I admit I was caught by their marketing and decided to try on pair. After ordering them I sent a message asking why 10 days later I never received them (claim 4-8 days shipping). Once they finally arrived the fit was terrible, ran small and looked like leggings outlining every leg muscle, kneecap, and other areas that I could not wear them outside the house! Customer service was a one sentence email saying they will let someone know when I provided feedback. Writing on box was not funny, it was offensive calling another person by name a "Queef" - seriously? I know you think it is your "thing" but it lands as stupid.

Tip for consumers:
Please buy better quality, better fitting pants from anyone else. Do not get suckered into these poor quality, weird fitting/jeggin's.

Bought a pair of their pants. Fit well. I like Rhône much better but heard so much about Birddog that I wanted to try it out. I wore the pants 3x's and the button broke. Customer service was horrible to work with. No button replacement to even buy. Not sure why anyone would purchase this crap.

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts as a gift with next day shipping. It's now 4 days later, order status us "unfilled". I have tried to get assistance thru their chat box, unanswered every time. I have sent 4 emails requesting an update, every single one has gone unanswered. At this point at least send a courtesy, hey, we are experiencing delays and working on your order still. Their marketing strategy should have been my tip off to the level of maturity and incompetence I'd be dealing with

First, there is no way to directly contact a customer service department. That right there should give you pause. So basically if anything but perfection happens for you, you have zero recourse. Second, their website states they are available to chat with you. Which means their robot will shoot you worthless texts that do not help with your problem. So in a nutshell that's their idea of customer service. Hard pass! Tommy Bahama, awesome, Vineyard Vines, excellent, Nordstrom, helpful. You can do better. Trust me.

Total fraud! Told them I want to do return, instead of exchange 15 minutes after dropping at Post Office. Wrote email stating we will be out of town. Not able to receive. Cancel exchange & credit. When they finally did respond 3 days later, they state their computers don’t allow them to do that?!?!?! WTF It currently has not even shipped, but their computers can’t change that, so they are going to ship my order, to sit on my porch while I am gone for two weeks. Excellent service.

I bought a pair of the Phil Gates no liner pants in the spring. Put them on, felt great. However, I couldn't unbutton them. When I finally pulled hard enough, the button (female portion) broke off. I decided to return and try again, thinking that I got a dud. A month later, the new pair show up. Exact same thing happens. It sucks, because I like the feel and look of the pants. They have some sort of problem with their buttons that needs to be fixed. I can't recommend these pants to anyone.

Taking the Lords name in vain is not cute or trendy. This was a very poor decision by someone. I get they think humor sets them apart from other suppliers. Sorry but this is rude and offensive.

I ordered a pair of shorts for my grandson. $68 seemed high but he wanted the brand name. They didn't fit. Payment had been made via Venmo. Birddogs claims they have issued a refund but Venmo says no. Birddogs refuses to follow up saying I have to deal with Venmo. $68 is a high price to pay to reveal an uncooperative vendor.

I can't even review the quality of the items ordered (shorts and a polo shirt) because I am still waiting to receive them. The first shipment mysteriously disappeared so they promised to promptly send another. And, here I am...still waiting 3 weeks later.

Hey Birddogs, its 2023. We should be getting orders no later than a week after ordering, AT THE MOST. I have ordered stuff from overseas that arrived sooner than this. Guess I will go back to other companies with good products and reliable shipping.

I paid over $100 for a pair of Birddogs pants. After wearing them once, the snap would not open and I had to take them off the hard way. When I tried to undo the snap I cut my finger. I had arranged to get a return but when I went to Fed-X they were unable to pull up the RMA. I reached out to customer service and kept being sent back to the returns screen where it was showing as 'returned'. It is now past the 90 days and I'm stuck. Overpriced, poor quality, avoid.

I wish I could add a photo for proof of purchase, took my money and never sent the pants. "Mr. Nice Guy" Matt followed up with an email stating my delivery was pushed to another date, still never received anything and now they won't respond to any request for an updated shipping date or a refund. Absolutely horrendously run company. Throw your money out the window, at least you won't have the stress of having to deal with their customer service team.

I was very excited when I first placed my order. Immediately received order confirmation & next day tracking information. 3 weeks later & my package has not arrived at shipping company to be sent out. I've tried to email Birddog (no response), I've tried chat (no response) & customer service phone number is not answered. Website states 4-8 business days & order is shipped. Now I'm out over $120 & no way to get order or refund. Ill never use this bogus company again!

I was roped into purchasing birddogs by their cheeky adverts. I enjoyed my first purchase with them; it arrived frictionlessly and right on time.

However, I ordered again from birddogs recently, and I have not received the shipment 20 days after ordering. There is no reasonable way to reach customer service. My emails have been ignored, there is no call center, and their online chat function is automated and woefully unhelpful.

Customer Service Chat = SMOKE SCREEN

"Your wait time is more than 15m" That's not very specific Chuck….

I waited 45m then gave up, BC I have a life.

Wholly disappointed in my experience. Product would have to be pure magic to allow for such poor operations.

Sure wish I had read customer reviews before ordering $180+ worth of shorts. Shorts are starting to fray/pill in the seat area. Just now outside of the 90-day warranty period and refund/exchange site says my shorts are not eligible for return. Shorts are very comfortable. But quality of material, poor.

Will take every opportunity I get to encourage people not to order your products.

Good merchandise but when they send out flyers saying shorts come in a "God Damn" array of colors,
They have lost me. Read the room. Most people don't find blasphemy edgy and hip and now. They find it disrespectful to loyal customers.

I have 6 pairs of their shorts and really like them. Sizing has been inconsistent between colors but overall great. However, their customer service is the worst I've encountered. I spent $95 on swim trunks and they ripped down the back seam my first time wearing them. My others have lasted years. When I reached out to customer service I was pointed to submit to quality. 2 months later no response and I've been following up every other week. Completely ghosted me and I've spent close to $400 at this store with more purchases planned for the future. Not anymore though, not for a company that ignores reasonable requests from their customers and doesn't stand behind their product.

I never tried their shorts, but do not buy their pants. Mains reasons: 1. Their button setup is super cheap, the one part of the botton that connects came off after only 1 month of owning these pants so now I can't button up my pants, only zip. I'm forced to wear a belt with these pants until i can see if the button can be replaced. Leads me to #2. Their belt loops are not spaced out right, so your belt can't reach the loop in it's final position unless you shift your belt to the far left which obviously looks weird. #3. Something about the material causes the pants to easily become super wrinkled quickly. For $109, this was absolutely disappointing and not even worth $25. I've been busy with travel so missed the return deadline and now I'm stuck with these pants. I will never buy fron Birddogs again.

Zipper broke after one use. The material feels like the material you get on a nurse outfit from a halloween store. Really really really bad product considering how expensive they are. Look elsewhere, you'll get way better quality for half the price from H&M.

The khakis are super thin, they feel cheap and do not rebound. I figured if they are stretchy they would rebound back, but nope. They look great in the morning and a look like a pair of dockers when I get home from work (sorry dockers). The stretch would be around the thighs and knees, because of the lack of movement on the shin area they look baggy around the thighs and fitted around the shins.

Can't review on their site which is sketchy.

I bought $600 worth of Birddog Clothing for my son for Christmas. When he wore the shorts for golf the first time they pilled and looked terrible. I have ordered a few times because my son likes their pants but the shorts are terrible. I called for a return and got a list of what I needed to do to return them. Absolutely horrible customer service. I like this company but I will never buy another product from them. Bo, who I think is an owner should smarten up. I owned and ran a large retail and mail order company for almost 40 years.

I tried out a pair of "Jeff Pesos" (silly name in my opinion. The names seem to be related to the color, not the style.) They arrived within a week. The front button immediately popped right off! I went ahead and tried them on just to see how they felt and decided to exchange them. Long story short... from the time of the original purchase to getting a wearable pair of pants was 31 days. Of course there's no way that I could find to expedite an exchange process. The website is a sophomoric joke. That would be fine if easy access to the "parents" was available. Sadly, it was not. I just had to let "the process" take its course, so the cruise I bought them for came and went before a wearable pair of pants arrived.

When I finally got my exchange and tried them on with the ability to fasten them, I quickly found out the front pockets are not nearly deep enough. The zippered "tech pockets" or whatever they're called behind the front pockets are barely big enough to cram an iPhone into, much less a normal size human hand to retrieve the phone later. When you do get the phone in there, the front of your pants make you look like a hampster with cheeks full of saltine crackers. For the price and the hype I expected much more.

For the price, I decided I needed to like them enough to buy more and recommend them. These just didn't live up to that very minimal set of requirements, so back they're going. Regarding the return, I'm assuming I can expect the same lackluster customer service for the return and I'd be SHOCKED if I saw my hard earned return money back on my card before 14 days passes.

I emailed and chatted regarding the shorts already coming apart and their response was the purchase was outside the 90 day window and no exchanges or refunds. So basically they sell poor quality products for the price you pay for them. I do not recommend their products

Although quite pricey, I figured I'd try. Bought two pairs. When I finally received them, one of the buttons broke. I emailed to ask how I could get an exchange only to receive an email stating that although bird dogs "love all their customers" they couldn't process returns/exchanges from Canada. My only option was to pay ($31) to ship the pants back to bird dogs. If they really "love all their cus" maybe they should have told me their policies when I placed my order and they knew I lived in Canada. I had to pay $25 to replace their defective button. I guess in the future, I'll buy similar pants from Simons (for $60 instead of $109).

Over three weeks since order processed, payment taken and tracking info given. Shipping company has not seen product, company has not responded to 3 emails ( their help line), and zero communication regarding order, refund or anything else. Continue to get cutesy emails they can produce, but no products. I'm wondering if they write the reviews.
