I would love to recover some of the $100.000 that I lost to Binary Book. Looking through the reviews they all seem to be promoting various companies or individuals who apparently recovered their lost funds. I believe that these reviews are fishing for me to contact them so that they can scam me again. I would like to be proved wrong. Lee Elbaz has been arrested, charged and imprisoned and obliged to pay recompense to victims of her scam. I imagine that the US courts will have access to my contact details and will have a mechanism for distribution of any funds.

This company ruined the trust I had for them 2 years ago and I would never ever be a victim of such circumstance again. I'm glad I took a positive step at the end of the day and I can boldly say I got help from recoverybase1atgmaildotcom after so many times of trying hard to get back my money from this unregulated broker company.

It was such a painful experience to me that I contacted so many companies and recommended traders to help me recover back my lost funds from scam brokers and none of them could render me the help I needed most but only Mrs Elizabeth who helped me recover back all my money. Had a terrible experience with this company. Very pushy insisting i cant make any money unless i out £2000 in... after trading they refused to refund my money. When i tried to complain i was told i was stupid and sworn at. In the process of reporting to autorities in Bulgaria where they are registered

Once you deposit your $$$; you will be held up by "not completing your verification ID" meanwhile your deposit comes under the robot's control and eventually you lose it all, before someone calls you back to help you trade. Believe nothing. Unless you are a binary option expert to begin with, stay away.
There isn't any financial oversight when one does business outside the US; they should be put under public scrutiny and out of business

Don't do it at all.
If you did cancel your cards, call your bank within 24 hours and have them stop the payment. Don't answer their phone calls because they will try to keep your money. Don't active your account let the card company deal with them. They are out of the country and unlicensed. The brokers are all the same people with different US names and they won't help you. The chat lines aren't helpful and there are no managers to talk to. Once your money is gone your broker isn't employed with the company anymore and you get reassigned to one that wants you to reinvest more money. The software is an autotrading software that will trade your money til its gone and they will not tell you. Their terms and conditions are crazy and the withdrawal process is impossible. Don't send any of your information to them and don't get personal. Please be careful and protect yourselves.

I opened up an account with $300 on December 31,2015 with the software Profit-Magnet. By the way is a scam as well. I was lied to by the support person from Profit-Magnet so I wanted my deposit back. It took me 24 days to get my money back from Binary Book and they stole $30 from me. This is not including the fees they charged me to return my initial deposit. This group is not regulated, the brokers are so unprofessional and I would not trust them. BEWARE!

After trying to withdraw profits for about 4 months, they write this to me... Kindly note that at this stage you will not be able to withdraw your funds as the concern department is checking upon your account for the profit that you have gain.
Which also includes this... Please be advised BinaryBook reserves the right in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel Services, and/or refuse to distribute profits to any person

I think if you are able to withdraw be aware that it is your initial deposit you are withdrawing from. What they say to you is just "hear say", don't believe you are withdrawing profit. If you accept any bonus money, only when you trade 30 times that amount can you withdraw - and then they can make up another rule, or just continue to confuse you with trying to harass you into investing more.

Binarybook... Stay away from this bull$#*! company... they will rob your money and charged a lot money to withraw your money... at the end... nothing will left with your investment... or worst... staff is all liar... dont listen

I have been waiting some 3 Months for the return of my deposit. Every excuse imaginable plus a few I hadn't even thought of... STILL NO REFUND!

Deposited $500, account started showing profits but when I wanted to withdraw them my account disappeared... got my money back from my credit card company, but I was the lucky one, most cc companies will not refund on this kind of scam. Beware and stay away!

I almost lost everything I had to this company, I didn't know they where a scam company so I kept investing till I needed to withdraw some of my earning, that was when the whole story changed... they stopped picking my calls and later deleted my account. Fortunately I was able to contact Ying Yue 76 at yandex com. I lost about $47,000 and I got everything back.

Ok so just you know... Once you deposit money on this platform you will be called at least 5 times a day from a rep who sounds like a total market greenpea who will ask you to invest more money with them. The platform looks really generic. I submitted a withdrawal request last week with still no action taken from them other than them hounding me with phone calls and leaving me messages to deposit more money. Are you freaking kidding me? Really? You've seriously been warned lol

I have found that there are reputable binary options but I had fallen for these scam brokers at binary book before I realized this.
I lost a huge part of my retirement money to binary book through empty promises that were made to achieve unbelievable wealth through trading by experts? Rather should say scam traders. In the evening of December 4,2017, I was taught and guided to sell out all of my $79,000 in my IRA account by a woman named Jessica via live chat on binary book. I had a heart attack when I found out I was scammed of all of my retirement benefits and I vowed to commit suicide if I survived, one of my colleagues introduced me to support@ 3dotmafia. Com on February 2018, with good ethical skills, they retrieved all of my money in no time.

Every time I call and ask for my money they hang up, we work hard for our money and they sit on their asses stealing from us, $250 gone for nothing.

If you value your money you will be wise to NOT invest even $1 with this company. All of the reviews that you see below are accurate and even worse. I can only make you one promise and that is you will lose your money and feel as stupid all each of us now do. By the way - if you think that if you deposit using your credit card you will be safe - wrong again! If you request a charge back you will quickly learn that all that they have to show is your proof of identification (which you provided to open the account) and your charge back is denied. According to the credit card company, the charge back issue is "did not receive service as described" and just by your simply depositing your money and them "accepting it" they HAVE therefore, provided a service - Services Rendered... DONE!

I have to agree with the bad reviews. This lot are really dodgy. Was hooked in (on a drunken night) through an unrelated video staring 'madison and david'. Did 5 trades and my account went down from £250 to £229... which is okay, but when I asked for withdrawal, had to jump through various hoops to get my money back. My broker, Roger Wilson (for a Roger Wilson he sounded like he was from Russia) tried to get me to get more involved but after 24 hours I just wanted to get out. One has to go through a call centre to alert them of the fact you want to withdraw money and your 'broker' has to agree to this.Am also concerned that my passport details and driving licence no (used to validate my account) will be used for some very suspect purpose. My withdrawal came through, minus £30 for various bits and pieces. They really are just totally untrustworthy and the sooner they are investigated, the better. I am just a bog standard amateur trader from UK.

I deposited £250 pounds when opening up an account with binary book. I later had a trade expert to call and assist as I have never traded before. He was really helpful until several days later I had a call from the expert trader and he was requesting that I deposit a further £5000 and let him trade on my behalf. I said I would think about it and the following day I checked my bank balance to find the 5000 gone. I couldn't believe my eyes, I have now been requesting them to credit my account with the money for at least 6 weeks. I can not log in to my account and no one returns my call. 100 per scam!

Talk about a headache. I have tried to close my account to stop losing money. I have tried several times and have asked several times over to have someone call me. The long term investments expired. I had put in for a refund and close account. Instead the money was placed on other investments. If this is the business platform; they need to be shut down.

If you managed to find reviews of Binary Book I'm hoping that you will take heed of all those who have shared their experiences. If you have worked hard and value your money, please please do not depart with any of it and give it to Binary Book. My short story all in one month of March 2016 is a painful reminder that one needs to exercise due diligence in any financial matter.
I initially wanted to try and test the robot Social Tech Trader. After signing up I was directed to use the broker Binary Book where I deposited £300. I was later contacted and sold the idea that the Robot does not work very well and that I should allow them to trade for me and make lots of money. The idea sounded great until I was told I would need to add another £4700 where they would add a bonus and use it only for margin only. On hearing these kind of figures I made it crystal clear that I only wanted to try out the Social Tech Trader robot as that was my original idea. Binary Book are very pushy and treat your money as though its nothing and there should not be any fear as they have lots of satisfied customers who are getting handsome returns. Well after a lengthy conversation I agreed to them trading for me with the £300. I got the biggest shock when I checked my bank account and saw a debit of £4700. I was furious to put it lightly and I managed to speak to a supervisor. I expressed it was no less than fraud what they have done and I demand a full refund immediately. Well on 21/03/2016 I saw that Binary Book refunded £4720. I phoned and inquired about the rest of the money as I was £280 short. You wouldnt believe that I was told that I had incurred fees of £25 + £5 for processing and to top it all because I did not trade and have a turnover of £200 I would be charged 10% tariff. I was told that its all in their terms and conditions. As far as they were concerned my account is now closed. I found it extremely difficult to explain again and again that my situation did not fall neatly into the T&C as £4700 should have never been taking in the first place. I stated that I am being treated unfairly and to charge me £250 when I never made no trades is daylight robbery. Binary Book will never treat you as a valued customer only waiting to pounce and devour your money. Be Aware fellow traders. By the way their maths sucks 10% of £5000 does not add up to £280 so goodness knows who runs their finance department.
