Long story short - I use the mobile app for two years now and I can just say twas the best decesion for my business. Invoicing, quotes and a website, also appointments since some update a few months ago - there's not really much I'd change. Keep it up, guys! :)
Billdu is an online company and it appears to be in another country.The service that this company provides is worthless and risky. You can create your own invoices without paying fees. Read carefully and search for the "free trail" announcement that I saw after opening the account. Further, they also work with a third party (partner) STRIPE, and if you decided to use "PAY NOW" using Billdu while sending the invoice Billdu will send your information to STRIPE. An account will be opened on your behalf so you can get the payment. A high fee will be taken from the payment (your money). Then the payment will be hold for about 10 days by STRIPE, and the fee for the payment will be very high calculated. It is calculated in percentage + cents. You will end up with 2 accounts: one with Billdu and the other with STRIPE. You will need to check if these 2 accounts charge you a fee too. Then, if you have a problem with STRIPE they will ask you to contact Billdu. You will be stuck between two online companies with terrible customer service and no transparency. Billdu also writes comments on posted reviews trying to undermine them.

This app provides me a quick document creation, mostly invoices and estimates on the go. When creating and reports, I can easily access my account on the website as well.
I also created my own online store, which I'm currently learning to use, but it's still very simple and very intuitive.

The process you describe is quite correct and clearly stated in our guide. It can't work any other way as we are an invoice tool but Stripe's a payment gate.
