Always good service. Prices are a little high compared to others but I've never had them take and hold money only to tell me 2 weeks later they don't have the part and proceed to take a month to refund my money. I order my part, track it, receive it. Only issues that have come up were from the USPS. After ordering multiple hard to find parts for my 97 Honda Helix and getting them everytime, on time, I'd say they are reliable.
Ordered over $700 worth of parts and received a confirmation email immediately, it has been almost 6 months since date of purchase and I still have not received my parts, the toll free # listed is disconnected, other # found on their website does not accept calls, they do not respond to voice message or emails. Avoid this company.

Been shopping with Bike Bandit for over 10 years. Even during this pandemic, they're still opened. Having all this free time at home, I began fixing one of my bikes. Needed lots of parts, the sales guys helped me place my order and the rest was history.

With the things going on in the world right now you appreciate these guys. I called in because my order was taking longer than usual. Spoke with Jerome, he let me know exactly what was going on and what they were doing to work through these tough time. These guys are working 10+ hours a day and their warehouse is now open 24hrs a day. Give them some time, your parts will show up.
The air intake covers fit just like oem and they are easy to install. Worth they money if you need them

Out of everywhere I've shopped on-line, BikeBandit has the most appealing and user-friendly website. The selection is outstanding, and I've saved tons of money in these past few years shopping with them. They always have the best prices on the things I order. To be honest, they're having a hard time getting my orders to me on time with all the Covid-19 stuff going on... But they were super transparent about it, and it seems like everyone in the industry is dealing with the same. I don't mind, I'll just wait till everything gets back to normal. Had problem ordering on line.not good with computer stuff. Called and talked to Marco.he talked me though and my order went though. Came in 2 days all but 2 parts. They came to day. Packed well right parts tires had good born on dates. All good. Also called day before for answers on fork springs Jerome was very helpful. Both guys nice patient and helpful. Sorry other people had trouble. Will order again. Prices good fast delivery. Very happy.

I have to be honest. I never bought from BikeBandit before, didn't even check their reviews, saw that they could ship my tires out 2-3 days and booked online. Once processed I decided to check them out review wise, and must say there are so many bad reviews I got really scared. I was like Sh*t... now I'm going to have to go through all this unwanted hassles to get my purchase. WELL... I'm not sure where all the negative vibes came from because I got my order delivered 3 days from ordering. Great job BikeBandit. I'll come back again.

I ordered two motorcycle tires because Bike Bandit's prices were much better than their competitors. They came with free shipping and I received them the in a day and a half with UPS Next Day Air. The tires were exactly what I ordered and had a recent manufacture date. There was also a follow-up phone call to see if my order was satisfactory. Who does that? I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely buy tires from them again.
There were some issues with my order, but they went out of their way to make up for it. As some other people noted in the reviews, their live chat was down. That being said, they did respond to my emails and also called to make sure I was satisfied. I will order from them again.

As reports from times past Bike Bandit had the OEM items in stock and priced reasonably. They were shipped without any problems. As always sales individual went above and beyond to find the correct parts and shipped immediately. Always satisfied with my purchases.
I bought a handle bar end and turn signal for my 07 Ninja 250 after dumping it. Parts shipped quickly and came in in great shape, nicely packaged. Items claimed to be OEM products, and were as advertised. They fit great, and had no issues. Will do business with them again if/when needed!
