I created an order on this site and maybe they were out of the product or whatever as it kept saying "pending". I used their contact email to ask what that meant and no reply at all. I used other email addresses to try to contact someone to why pending or if I could cancel the item or replace it with something else... and still no reply. I tried everything to contact them. The WHOIS report was private so I really couldn't get an address or phone number. I was forced to change my visa card number at the bank and destroy the old one because it was just sitting out the "pending"... and I would NEVER know if and when they would use the card. There is no way to cancel an order on this site or replace or do anything. Just "pending" without being able to do anything at all and no contact person. That site is just hanging out there with no one minding this store and needs to come down if no one plans to run it. It would have helped if they included some options for canceling orders. Horrible... no customer service at all. I'm not a mean spirited or grouchy complainer for no reason and this really got to me. http://www.bigvalleynutrition.com/
