I ordered an unlocked cell phone last week from Bigtime Wireless and FedEx tried to deliver 3 times to me but I missed them each time. The package was sent back to Bigtime Wireless. They right away contacted me to let me know and right away shipped the package back overnight for me at no extra charge, I am very happy with their service and am even happier with the bonus screen protector and pouch they put in the package for my phone. I trust these guys and their prices were excellent too. Thumbs up.
