Received the battery in 5 days. It was well packaged and in excellent shape. I will try the battery as soon as the weather is permitting.
Made an order and they messed it up then cancelled it without asking me and then refunded me less than what I paid 👎 Shannon who dealt with it has a terrible attitude
It was difficult at first to get tracking and it got confusing what batteries i ordered vs what was shipped but I'm the end, it all turned out correct. I shouldn't be too critical because they were very helpful on the phone and my order turned out just fine and was delivered pretty quickly.
It was good but I had to call for help to find out about when my order will be shipped and delivered. Beth was very nice and helpful.

The website will not let me select Canada for the correct country. I experienced this same problem on my last order and was advised to enter United States even though the order is being shipped to Canada.

Well, I was looking for a particular battery and you seem to have that particular battery, so...... So far; so good.
I got an email saying "Take5" coupon code for a 5% discount. But I tried and tried and it wouldn't work. It delayed my order - until I could telephone you - and was a bit frustrating. (Plus there's the ten bucks...)

a little confusing about registering as a customer.. Did not want to do that.. just wanted to buy a battery..
It was an ok experience until I realized that it would not work for me. The Lady that provided my return authorization seemed frustrated at the end of helping me.
Coupon code did not work first time but got email followup and quick response. The confirm and submit page are a bit counter intuitive. Perhaps relabel confirm page as review order page
there isn't anything telling me when it is expected to arrive... so I don't know if I want to order the RUSH option

Correct size.
But... the 2 terminal blocks, that are threaded and are to be inserted into the battery connection points, did not fit correctly. The bolts did not line up with the hole on the battery. The option was to file down the block or file away the "stop" on the battery terminals. The same battery two years ago did not have the "stop" molded in the terminals. Instead the threads were cast into the terminal. Better design, I believe.
