I bought 3 tickets to a sold out mitski concert yesterday, and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday for $366 but I didn't receive anything. I contacted an agent and I was told that the ticket delivery was delayed due to venue regulations. I was really scared I got scammed but a few hours later I received all 3 tickets and I'm going to the concert tomorrow with my dad and my friend! Thank you!
I purchased Eagles and Steely Dan tickets for Atlanta, Georgia State Farm on 10/28 and $88 event parking pass with ticket insurance. I immediately received a concert ticket and added it to my Apple wallet. I do not show anywhere in my email receipt of the parking pass email. I was traveling so I did not have time to further my investigation or call them the day of the event as I was driving to Atlanta. And very busy traffic day of event. There were several parking lots that said EVENT PARKING and the traffic was RIDICULOUS. Having not received a having an email with an address to this particular parking lot that I paid $88 for, I was certainly not going to be able drive from Lot to lot asking if this is the "official event parking". Trying to drive around and find the right parking lot and speak to an agent regarding the missing pass that was never emailed to me was ABSOLUTELY not feasible. Cars were bumper-to-bumper. I would've never made it into the concert in time. So, I did what anybody would do eager to get to event on time, I paid an additional $55 for a parking lot that was close and walked to the event. While walking to the event, I heard from other concert goers that the opening act Steely Dan would not be there because the singer was sick. It was extremely disappointed as my personal reasons for seeing these two bands together, we're going to be a dedication to my deceased father, who played both bands and his cover band. He passed away when I was 14. My point of the complaint is I paid for insurance for this $88 event parking ticket that I never received details on, directions for or location and part of the show did not show up (Steely Dan) if that's not what you pay insurance for, don't know what it is. I even asked for just a partial reimbursement, maybe the $55 to cover the cost of the spontaneous parking lot I have found in order to find a spot to get into the concert. They just kept repeating "we see it on our end. We sent it to your email and we show your IP address." Why would I upload one ticket to my Apple wallet and not the other at the same time? If truly "emailed at the same time". Why would I pay insurance for a ticket If if it doesn't honor any sort of issue like one band not showing up or inability to find a parking lot because you never got directions? The Eagles were phenomenal but not worth paying for two parking spots when I already spent $800 for a ticket for the event. I tried to have them reach me in the middle and just ask for reimbursement for the $55 that I had to spend on the additional parking but they would not budge. I'm now contesting this on my card because I purchase something I never received.

Tip for consumers:
What is the purpose of buying insurance for a ticket? If situation’s like? You never emailed it to me. Do not cover it? I could be a real $#*! and ask for a partial refund for the concert ticket because I purchased a concert ticket for the Eagles and Steely Dan and Steely Dan did not show, but I’m not going to do that. I am just asking for a partial refund for the parking that I could never find a lot for it because they never sent me the address.

I purchased a concert ticket and parking pass both with insurance. The concert ticket was immediately sent to my email and I uploaded it to my Apple wallet. If as they say they sent the parking ticket at the same time I do not see it and why would I upload one to my Apple wallet, if that was accurate and not the other, if they were actually sent it together at the same time, they were not sent together at the same time, in fact, I do not find the parking pass anywhere. They resent it to me on the day I called to complain, but that was after the concert pointless
I am DEEPLY frustrated, beyond belief with this website and their lack of "customer service"! I purchase damazing seats to the Outlaw Music festival in Mansfield, MA from this site a few days ago. A few days later I received an email that "My refund has been approved". I NEVER requested a refund. I tried contacting customer service twice via email and multiple times on the phone. I have not heard back from anyone and have since lost my great tickets. How did this even happen?!? I would REALLY LOVE to get my seats back and talk to a human being.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
Don't bother purchasing anything through this company. No point when there are other sellers who will honor refunds. It's really convenient that they had the thought of partnering with a 3rd party ticket selling service rather than build a refund process into their operations. It's a smart way for them to leech as much money as they can on the sale of these tickets all the way down the line. I couldn't be paid to use this site again.
Tip for consumers:
DONT BOTHER
Purchased tickets and never received confirmation of order. After attempting to contact them, I receive an email stating that the address I used for my credit card was not correct. My address was indeed correct. They just did not have the tickets as advertised on their website. I have yet to receive my refund of over $1,000USD.
Tip for consumers:
Use other ticket vendors.
I purchased tickets to see Coldplay in Washington DC that in the listing on their site said it was in the Dream Seats Section 1. The tickets are actually general admission tickets. I have tried to call them but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Their solution was for me to re-sell my tickets so they can make more money. Very disappointed and highly Unrecommended.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use the site, run, stay away.
I purchased tickets to see Morgan Wallen on June 4,2022 back in November of 2021. I just received an email yesterday informing me I will be getting a refund for my tickets. I spent hours on the phone speaking with several different people saying they are unable to replace my tickets. However, there are tickets for sale but they cost 500 dollars a piece now because the show is only 2 weeks away. I paid less than that for 4 tickets in November. When I asked them to make things right they said that they get these tickets from a vendor so they are unable to do anything to fix this, and they don't take situations like this lightly and that the vendor will be fined. That does not help me in any way. When I asked why they could not purchase new tickets for me and make up the difference of the cost they said that they would be taking a loss. Well now I am, because I can't afford tickets that now cost 500 a piece. There is absolutely no reason as to why I did not receive my tickets and I feel that BigStub should have made sure I got replacement tickets no matter how much they cost now. It is extremely unprofessional and I will NEVER purchase tickets with this company again!
Do not buy from these $#*!ers. Bought tickets in NOVEMBER and was just notified that they are canceled FOR NO REASON a week before the concert. Other expensive arrangements were made and other tickets are at sky high prices now. $#*! big stub.
My original concert was rescheduled. The tickets were not made available to me immediately. When inquiring, agents told me several times that my tickets would be available 24-48 hours ahead of the show, and "not to worry about it." On the day of the show, tickets had still not been delivered. When inquiring that day, the agent said I would have an answer regarding the delay by 7:00 pm (an hour before the doors opened in a city an hour away). I asked them to go ahead and process a refund, and suddenly they were able to contact the seller and deliver the tickets.
Additionally, while asking to process a refund, I went to Ticketmaster to look for availability directly. I found that tickets were available at half the cost that I paid for them through Big Stub for far better seats. No, I'll never use Big Stub again. I think this reseller business should be illegal. It's basically scalping, and it's a rip-off to concertgoers.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid the site and go through Ticketmaster directly.

Total scam. Purchased tickets for Jim Gaffigan. They never transferred the tickets to AXS, the official ticket vendor for the event. Customer service was non existent via telephone, and they brushed me off via email. Was not able to attend event and my money was gone…. Do Not Use!

AWFUL! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I bought tickets for a concert and never received the tickets! I called 24 hours before the event and was guaranteed I would get my tickets in time, also emailed and talked to someone online and was promised my tickets by 7pm. I waited until 6:50 and NEVER received the tickets, I was then emailed at 6:55 (5 minutes before the event) with a refund confirmation. WOSRT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A COMPANY! SAVE YOURSELF YHE STRESS!
Bought tickets for my wife on J-Lo, bud suddenly place and DATE has been changed. I will be travelling from Russia and can't change my flight just because of someone decide to move events. I do understand that it's not BigStub fault, but they provide serice which i can't count on in the future. Unfortunately BigStub can't do refund because concert wasn't cancelled, just moved. How come guys?
I purchased tickets 7 months in advance for a concert and was told that the tickets would be delivered electronically to my phone 24 hours prior to the event. The morning of the event, I received an email from BigStub stating that there was a technical problem and they could not issue tickets, but they did offer me different seats (does not make any sense to me)! I tried to contact them and was on hold the first time for 45 minutes and the second time for 1 1/2 hours and was then disconnected. I believe they resold my tickets in order to get a higher price. I was very disappointed and will never use them again. I will continue to spread the word to my family & friends and do not recommend them to anyone.
I am extremely disappointed in BigStub. I purchased 2 Box seats for the Miami Tennis Open one month in advance. Less than 1 week prior to the day I bought tickets for, they emailed me saying the was a 'technical oversight' and my tickets were no longer available but they could provide me other tickets in a different section (not box seats). I have hotel and flts reservations for this event, so cancelling was not a good option for me. I called within 24 hours of this email arriving. Once on the phone with me they now say they dont have those tickets either but could give me seats even further away. This was just a pure and simple 'bait and switch'. Their website says '100% guarantee worry free' - that is a pack of lies. They eventually provided section in sec 209... a far cry from courtside box seats and a bit of a refund. Extremely disappointed. This was going to be a special weekend. When it seems 'too good to be true' know that you are right! Never using them again!
Stay away!
Stay away! No Guarantee you will receive your tickets! Bought 4 tickets 2weeks before event. Was sent tickets to WRONG event!? Called and was told "Sorry but they are NOT our tickets. We don't sell tickets" WHAT!? Never received tickets and took 2weeks to get my money back!
We bought tickets to Nutcracker. When we bought tickets with Bigstub they did not specify that 5 year old required vaccine cards
Tip for consumers:
Go directly to the venue instead

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience using big stub. My wife and I showed up to an event we purchased tickets for but unfortunately we never received them although we were charged for them. After sitting on the phone with their customer service for over 3 hours in the parking lot of the event we still never received tickets and missed the event we drove 2 hours to attend. After the 3 hour conversation they determined they were not going to refund us for the tickets we never received, I even gave them the account information to log into where my tickets were supposed to be transferred to and they themselves were unable to locate them. Moral of the story is I would be cautious using this company for ticket purchases so that way you aren't disappointed that you miss the event and also the money you spent for absolutely nothing.
I just purchased tickets for what I thought was for the event but was for parking. The venue doesn't even have parking. This is an absolute shame. Why offer a service for something that doesn't even exist? Hopefully they're honest about refunding customers or this is a total fraud. Called and no one answered the phone.
I tried to purchase two Dodgers tickets from these losers, and they "Pre-authorized" my card, meaning that they took the money out of my account. They refused to tender the tickets, but encouraged me to try again because of some computer glitch. When they couldn't jam me up for more money, they refused the transaction. The customer service people are the most despicable that I have ever experienced, and they are all the way in CT. The business is run out of a MailBox Etc. in the San Fernado Valley. The owner of this company must be a complete jerk. The employees are doing real damage! Several people are starting to complain about them: It doesn't take long. Use Mark's tickets instead, their customer service has respect for customers and some class. Bigstub is a big joke!
Incredibly difficult to figure out what row I was buying tickets for. Wound up in the back of the section but BigStub will not refund or exchange the tickets. Besides charging a massive service and delivery charge, I also found better seats for $20 cheaper per ticket!
BigStub misrepresented an event I bought tickets for out of state. When I learned the venue price was less than half of the BigStub price, I realized I had been gouged by a company posing as an official venue site.
Bought tickets from this company that were fradulous. Trying to get into the event and spent an hour on hold before finally getting someone on the phone. Then the customer service person says that there is nothing they can do. Horrible... will never use this illegitimate company again.
I order 8 tickets online. 3 are supposed to be available to print out, can't get my tickets to print and can't get ahold of ANYONE TO HELP. Can someone please help me ASAP the event is TONIGHT.
Didn't receive tickets at promised time. Customer service did not attempt to resolve. Beware! Tickets were supposed to arrive 1 hour before venue. They argued with me on the start time. Then, they didn't even arrived at their late time! Was hung up on twice when I called and requested a refund. Do not trust them!
So I purchased tickets for the Denver comic con, Wasted over an hour of travel time and an hour waiting in line in the midday heat, only to find out that the tickets they sold me had already been used. When I contacted them about this, they gave me the runaround. I requested my money back and they told me that I would have to drive all the way back to the convention and get them to write on Their letterhead that the tickets were fraudulent. So basically the customer service representative called me a liar and refused to help me. I had to go through my bank to get anything done.
BigStub has a wide selection of cheap Sports, Concert, and Theatre tickets - more tickets, better service, and lower prices! Order online or by phone and take advantage of our everyday-low ticket prices.
Hi Jen, we encourage you to contact your ticket seller directly for further information about insurance protection. Ticket sellers are the ones who charge customer credit cards and thus are responsible for any refunds. Thank you!
