Had my Tires Shipped to Big Brand Tires Santa Maria. The Tire Tech who Coordinated/Scheduled my Appointment was Told More then Once That I Will Be Picking Up my Old Tires and Subsequently be Place in my Jeep. When I Arrived in my Jeep, I Noticed that the Old Tires Were Placed in my Brand New 2022 Electric Vehicle. After Removing my Tires from Inside the Vehicle, I Noticed Tire/Rubber Marks on my Ventilated Nappa Leather. Smudge Marks, including Hand Prints were also Noticeable on the Outside of my New Vehicle. Santa Maria Tire Techs along with the Manager Most Difinetly Need Training in Customer Car Care.
