I absolutely love the customer service of this platform. One thing my account manager did was give me some reading strategies so now even though this isn't something typically thought about when entering crypto markets... I am happily earning 11% monthly gains thanks to him and the platform.

I have been trading forex for years now and I can say that this platform is one of the best. It's always easy to withdraw from your account because they offer so many payment methods, which makes things very convenient! But one thing that might be improved upon in future updates or additions would be increasing their payment choices even more.

I think it is about time to add more eBooks and update their FAQ section. Besides that, the trading tools are great with charts for all investors tastes as well as variety in assets they offer which not to mention awesome customer service!

I needed some help though since there were features on offer that seemed confusing - like how to read charts properly (my reading strategies are thanks entirely due in part by my awesome Big Bit Market Account Manager). But he walked me through everything step by step until now we both feel confident about our investments--I'm up 11% this month alone! --and would gladly recommend anyone else looking for trusted advice get acquainted with these guys.

They claim to be regulated in Australia, a claim that is very far from true as they declined process my withdraw order and locked me out of my account for no reason, the manager started ignoring me too. Reached out to infra white Ltd after finding them very well recommended while searching for wealth reclaim companies and their professionals were able to get back all my money for a fee, totally worth it

BigBitMarket is a great platform for traders of all levels, but I think they could improve by adding more video tutorials on how to use their different features. Other than that, they're doing a great job!

This company tries to scam as much as possible. They ring you every day to try to convince you to increase your investment. Once you get to your maximum investment limit, they start ignoring you. They make it very hard to withdraw your funds by allowing a tiny percentage of your investment to be withdrawn. I wish they stopped there, unfortunately, they delay the withdrawal till you make a complaint, even then, they won't allow you to withdraw. I asked Marek (my so-called financial advisor) how long does it take for the withdrawal to happen, and he said 5 minutes. Then when I asked how come it's been a week, he emailed me saying he doesn't want to waste his time. He has much more serious investors than me.

I'm thoroughly impressed with BigBitMarket's trading platform - it has everything I need to trade professionally, and the customer service is outstanding. The customer service has always helped me out to make better return like 8% just this month!

Bigbitmarket.com is a scam and part of a network of scams and scam websites. I was scammed by them and lost some money but fortunately managed to get some of it back. Don't waste your time and money on these scammers. Any positive reviews on here and other websites are fake.

I am not too keen on the theme, but at least it provides necessary and essential information such as tickers for stocks. I like how simple the website navigation bar looks with its straightforward categories to choose from - Technical Analysis Charting Service or Live Streaming Data Feeds & Alerts.

SCAM ALERT this company is a total scam. They started with a small amount but pressured continually for more money. I had invested $92,000 in which they said they were investing it for me on certain crypto, they used an excuse and did not stop the trading when it went down. They instead wanted to wipe out all our money and asked for more. When we found out that their site is a dummy trading platform we asked for our money back. They rejected every withdrawal we asked for and Marek who tries to be you friend prepares you for the bully Lucas that tries to get more money of you. One example is them saying that when Bitcoin crashed they purchased 3000 bitcoins for $8000 and were trying to sell them to us for $******* ea. When I questioned them about the legality of this they said that why they are in another country and can do it through Australia. These guys are not in the UK as they say they are and since they have not returned any of our money we are now legally in the process of shutting them down. If you lost money and want to join our fight against these scammers that are said to be in fact crypto terrorists transferring money through what they think is untraceable wallets, funding terrorist groups, human trafficking and child slavery. Join us in this fight. Since our money was not returned as asked, numerous times, we are getting close to issuing subpoenas in the respective nations. Its interesting how they think they are so smart to scam people without knowing they are hacked themselves. So please join us and together we can take down these scammers...

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Run away from this scam, they will sweet talk you to invest with them and promise you good returns but when you start having withdrawal issues you will not hear from anyone of them. I had my shares of troubles with this company before i was finally able to overcome them with assistance from Frankvera1969 (outlook) com, i encourage all not too lose hope.

Absolutely loving the platform. Been earning around 11% monthly through this platform and I love every bit of it. Recommends them!
