Please do not order from this place. I ordered a wig back in May and never received order and they will not respond. They are not legit.

I ordered 2 wigs at the end of May. I received one of the wigs last week and was totally disappointed. I haven't received the other yet. They should be ashamed but anything for a dollar. It's not even worth shipping back to them. Don't order from them. The wig I got was terrible. I'll stick with my supplier on Aliexpress.

I purchase back in March and I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation email. I also paid for speedy delivery which obviously didn't happen.
I have contact Biccshop through email, whatsapp, and never received a reply. I'm starting to believe the comments online about the shop being a scammer and I'm left to dispute purchase with bank since order was never received. Which is so messed up because i was totally expecting my hair. OMG ladies please beware!

This store posts fake advertisements of products they dont have. I have ordered a lace front human hair wig and received a synthetic, plastic texture like wig with no lace front. Do not buy from them! I am very mad! They sent me the wrong product and I have been trying to get the return shipping address for days; now no one is even answering my emails.

The ads an pictures all indicted the hair was 100% human. I placed the order despite the negative comments seen on the reviews, hoping it was all wrong. I am fumid to now inform the product is in fact synthetic and does not look original. This is distasteful and I'm fumid. I even emailed them as I was two minded with the order, they hypocritically responded to the email after the order was shipped. Knowing nothing could have been done thereafter.

I'm so mad I didn't read the reviews before I ordered! Now I already know I'm not gonna get what I ordered! I canceled the transaction with my bank so hopefully it goes through. Ladies this has taught us a lesson, the only place I will be ordering from in China is aliexpress! Had great service with them. They won't stop all they will do is change the name and do it. Again smh.
I can't believe Facebook won't remove their ad off their site! Shame on them wow!

The owner needs to be found and jailed. Taking people hard earn money and fishing out these fake asa piece of $#*!. This is disgusting unacceptable in this time and age. Facebook needs to repay us for false advertising. Fake as can be. No lace. The hair plastic, I cant sah synthetic cause it's really bad.

My story sounds like everyone else's on here. First of all I waited almost a month to receive this trash... I ordered the water wave Peruvian lace front wig and received a CRAPPY SYNTHETIC curly wig that was NOT A LACE FRONT at all! I wouldn't put something like that on my head if you paid me! I've seen some cheap ugly wigs before but THIS ONE IS THE WORST I'VE EVERY SEEN! I can't believe that this company still remains! I want to get them back some how - I'm PISSED!

I order a 360 lace front wig 12" and what they sent was a 8" boob wig. The number that they have on file doesn't work nor does the email. I should've looked at the reviews before buying, so that is on me, but this company is scamming people out of their money. Don't, I repeat Don't purchase anything from the company. The other reviews on here are very true, Biccshop is trap, and this company needs to be shut down.

No email or phone call replies. So after 4 weeks i just applied for paypal to dispute. Never again will i buy something without extensive research on reviews.

I've made an order here and they charged me and never sent it in. Nor do they answer my emails or are helpful when it comes to contacting them on the phone. Only after purchsing did I come to the reality that its a second hand sale type of company. A sort of middle man that is re-saling items from China. Which at first I felt a bit tricked since the items I bought were somewhat adverstised for an American company. Only later to find out that its a seller from China. No items ever received. Bad service. You could be next. AVOID.

Please pay attention to these reviews. They are very true. I waited almost 2 months to receive this wig, just to get a cheap synthetic wig, looks and feel like doll hair, no lace front and a plastic part. The phone number is bogus, false advertising. Do not be fooled by the attractive pictures. I will be contacting pay pal to see if they can get a refund. SCAM

Myself as well as everyone else who ordered the lace front wig, human hair and can part anywhere. WHAT A JOKE! It came and it is synthetic hair, you can not part it anywhere. It has a permanent middle part, not natural looking at all. Like most of you I also went through the order unfulfilled, sending email and finally said order was on its way and it took a month to receive the so called wig. Please listen to these reviews.

I ordered two human hair lace front wigs; however they sent me two cheap synthetic wigs with plastic under the parts. Do not order from this company they are rip off artists! Fake advertisement!

So Pissed. I ordered the 3RD ANNIVERSARY PROMOTION - 360 FULL LACE HUMAN HAIR WIG Versatile Carefree Natural Deep Wave 60% OFF. It took a little over a week to get here I open it up and it's a long scaggly straight wig, chopped in the front NO LACE AT ALL... SENT THE COMPANY 3 EMAILS AND STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE! THIS BUSINESS SUCKS AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

They took forever to ship out my order and then when I received it it was some cheap synthetic wig that looked nothing like what I ordered! This company is a total scam. Based in China and you cant talk to anyone via phone. They dont respond to emails either. Please dont waste your money!

I'm so pissed right now I can't even stand it. They had the nerve to send me 5 of the absolute worst synthetic wigs I have ever seen. One is actually ORANGE! This business needs to be shut down. How are they getting away with scamming so many people?

I ordered a lace 360 Brazilian and got sent some plastic part fabric doll hair fake hair wig. There is no us number to contact them. They are nothing but a damn scam. Save ur time n money and do not order from these $#*!s

Pls save your money. I ordered human and they sent me fake synthetic that looks like plastic hair. God will punish punish this trash of a company.

This is a beauty shop that sells hair products, flat irons, wigs, etc. I ordered a flat iron from them and decided the next day I didn't want it. In an email I was told my order may be in the process of it coming from the warehouse and they couldn't cancel it. No email was sent to let me know It has been processed. It took 19 days to get here. I requested a return ticket and have not received it even after I got the merchandise. Do not order from them. They have zero customer service skills. This company I later found out is in China. As of March 26th, no return ticket issued even tho they said I could return it. Still waiting even after my email to them on the 21st.

Ill never order again it took almost a month to get something that I couldnt even wear a wig with no clips

I will never buy anything off this website every again this was the worst wig i have ever got in my life this was no lace front nothing the wig had plastic hair as if it was from a baby doll ladies please dont spend your money with them they are a group of liar and I want my damn money back i will send you your ugly as wig back
