After many purchases from B&H I really trust them. I cancelled my amazon prime subscription because most items I would buy off amazon I can get from B&H, and I got tired of wondering if I was going to get a genuine product in the mail from amazon. They always have what I need(primarily photography equipment) at a reasonable price, pack it well for shipping, and ship fast. One of the few companies I would feel comfortable asking for purchasing advice.
Don't buy from B&H! Go to Amazon or directly to Apple! I bought this MacBook Pro as Christmas gift for my wife. After looking at it, she decided it was too big and heavy for what she wanted. B&H advertises right on the product page easy 30 day returns. Except the fine print buried in the B&H return policy says even if the plastic wrap is removed, the item is not returnable. So we're stuck with a $2000 computer that doesn't work for us.
The B&H web site works the way you would expect a good web site to work. Everything makes sense and interaction returns the result you imagine it would. Beyond that their pricing, in my experience, is consistently lower than others. Shipping, which can be a problem on some sites (I live in Mexico), is simple, fast priced well.
Mesmerized by all the cool stuff they have. Too easy to shop on line with B&H. What I want is a great long lens. Have to wait till prices go down more.
Good prices, wish it would come sooner instead of 8 days; my only other choice was to pay for 1 day delivery at $82, how about 3 day delivery for $20 or something like that
I once was a competitor of B&H's, they're still here but the company I used to work for is long gone. I have to give them credit for being very good at what they do. So now I'm a customer and never cease to be amazed at how quickly they get the things I need to my front door.
I love B&H Photo! I've bought every piece of my gear from them for the past 25 years, and their service is exceptional. However, today the web site declined my credit card, and advised me to contact the bank. I did, and the bank advised that there was no problem with the card, but that B&H had not submitted the charge for approval. I understand that there can be glitches, and I had another card I could use, but this sort of thing is quite contrary to my long and valued relationship with B&H. Perhaps their webmaster could take a look at my transaction to see what the problem might be.
Always easy to find what I need on the website, and at a good price. The product information is accurate (better than some other sites!,) checkout is straightforward, and delivery is usually quick. It checks all the boxes.
I place this same order but it was cancelled. When I review the status and realized about this I try to tr order it but th price have changed. Then I called and they ensure me that the price will be readjusted to the prior one. I hope this will be done by you. Thanks.
I am a legal resident of Oregon and snowbird to Arizona, and now have to pay AZ sales tax on this order because of the shipping destination to an out of state destination. Can you please correct the price.

Love B&H but the gift card communication could be improved, i purchase professional items on a continuing basis and the rewards program is a nice incentive. I used an $85 rewards card on a small headphone purchase for my spouse. She was excited to receive them as we picked them out together. It was a huge disappointment when they arrived to only work on one channel, This is not characteristic of Sennheiser. When I called for an RMA authorization for replacement set, I was told that I would have to pay full price now and wait for the return to be processed.Not optimum but fair enough. I received the notification that the return was processed and that the refunded monies had been put in the buckets they had come from. Since I had fully used the total amount of the gift card i was sure it was defunct and no longer germane. Normally I receive an email with a gift card number and pin to apply at checkout. I received NO further email on this. In the meantime I made another large lens purchase for full price. Today I went to purchase a strobe for my son's Christmas and attempted to use the refunded gift card balance and did not see that it was available. After an extended call with customer service I was informed that the balance of the gift card had been applied to the one from the May purchase! I should go back to my email for the card number and pin. I did this and it worked fine. Keep in mind the May gift card amount was used COMPLETELY and I assumed it no longer existed. Your gift card communication needs to be improved. If for perhaps instead of Gift Card, it should have said Gift Card XXXX issued in May 2019, please see our earlier email for full number and pin information, that would have been very useful. I remain an avid B&H customer.
It si a recommendable option for the photographers. I managed to get a good camera from them and I am glad. I also bought a new battery for the same camera for them afterwards and I have never had any issues with the products. If you have got here then you should not turn back.
Super grateful to have B&H, they are not perfect. But it is through them that I am able to get most of my equipment at amazing prices.
I mean, great outfit, comparable to most places. Pricing SOMETIMES is even cheaper than the bigger markets. Good shopping experience except their sorting in search is half broken. "Price lowest to highest" never works if you click on the drop down to activate that. If you go to ANY other option it will work, and THEN you can sort by Price Lowest to Highest. They need a slight update for that it seems. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet but I've heard they are great.

When sorting during a search if you want "Price low to high" choose ANY other options in the dropdown, like "Relevance" THEN you can choose "Price low to high" it usually does not work straight off.

I bought a camera here as a gift for my husband and i needed fast delivery, unfortunately the delivery was late by one day. I don't know whether B&H Photo Video or the post office is to blame for this, but the situation was not very pleasant. Fortunately, my husband liked the gift.
I've been buying from B&H online for the past 25 years and for the most part, they get it right. Prices are often the lowest or at least competitive. Using their branded credit card gets me a discount equal to the tax I'd normally pay, and for me, that's about 10%. They have a pretty decent selection and they'll answer any questions, often without attitude or sarcasm.
The problems seem to occur with their shipping and shopping cart. They use the worst shipping service on the planet: FedEx. If you need it tomorrow, good luck. If you're willing to wait, your delivery window will generally be a 3-day span and they almost always deliver a day late. So unreliable. The other issue is even if you select next day or 2-day delivery, that only applies to the actual time the carrier takes, not the time it takes for your items to get picked and packed, which could take as long as 3-4 days depending on the days of the week you placed your order.
The other issue is their online shopping cart. Because they're Jewish and observe Shabbat, they close the online checkout Friday afternoon and reopen on Saturday. Unfortunately, if you put things in your shopping cart Friday night hoping to check out on Saturday, your items will sometimes disappear. Worse yet, if you add items using their phone app and later try to add more items or checkout from a web browser on another device, your items won't be there. Frustrating, confusing and poorly implemented.
