I love BHFO! Everything I've bought has been an amazing deal, and it ships fast. My only issue with the site is that you don't always get more than one photo of the item and sometimes when you click on the item there is no image. I think the photos are most helpful with shoes, and there are rarely photos from the top down which shows the shape of the shoes, i.e., whether round toe, almond toe etc.
Website is not and really has never been buyer friendly. Pictures are terrible, very limited, shows sizes you did not request or the size charts are off, and patterns cannot be magnified. I many times cross my fingers when pressing pay now. Otherwise...good products for good price. Just wish it would not take me so long to shop because of the issues mentioned.
I recently discovered BHFO and have purchased several pairs of boots at great prices. I will definitely order from this site in the future.

I live in Australia and even though our dollar is only worth 68 cents of US $ 1 I am more than happy to buy directly from BHFO site. Quality of garments is great, and After 5 and evening dresses are stunning and heavily reduced. I have bought many items recently from this company and I have been very happy with the clothing and the customer service. The prices on the items I bought were great! I had two issues with items ( one shirt had a stain and the other wasn't what I ordered) Customer Service rep couldn't have been nicer and resolved the issues. The only issue I have is paying for shipping. It would be great if they adopted something like a yearly shipping fee or ( like Gilt and Rue La La a 30 day fee). Other than that I'm very satisfied!

I found this website as I was searching for a specific boot that was sold out in my size everywhere else including the Franco Sarto website. Not only was my size available but at a much lower price as well. I ended up ordering another pair of shoes too. Shipping was fast and both shoes look great. These boots are a rare find, and they're not too gaudy or busy. They're very classy and the heel is just right so glad I was able to find them at such an incredible price. This is why I'd love BHFO.
