I was already happy with my new skiff lifts, but Sally, the storm, had other ideas. So, through several orders, I am back in business. Your products are amazing, as well as your staff, especially Linda. Let's face it, you are only as good as your staff when trying to understand your order. Great job!
I've had the worst customer service experience. The rep was rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company.
Website is bad. Had to go to customer service twice by message to find items that should have been readily 'findable'. MENU should be visible on home screen, obviously; would be much more helpful than the cute moving screen items your web designer sold you!
ok, If I did not have a catalog with the item number I would not have found what I was looking for. after that all good.
Your order process is buggy. I'm using up to date Mac with Google Chrome browser. Your order process only shows computer code where the description of the product should display. Confirming the order is not possible until after placing the order and seeing the receipt.
I drove to their office to pick up my order and was told that the products had been shipped. Made the trip for nothing.
my billing address is PO BOX Number.
And to fill correct info I CAN'T delete street line which is with asterisk . Every time when I want to fill first line with PO Box your program not allowed to do IT. WHY?
