I was already happy with my new skiff lifts, but Sally, the storm, had other ideas. So, through several orders, I am back in business. Your products are amazing, as well as your staff, especially Linda. Let's face it, you are only as good as your staff when trying to understand your order. Great job!
I've had the worst customer service experience. The rep was rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company.
Unprofessional company. Find another one. They don't provide an estimate of shipping. They give you the price of the article. They ask you data for payment. Boom they add a high shipping cost! Don't purchase here

I purchased what I thought was a set of bumper guide posts and received only 1. I paid over $90 for 1 guide post mount. I could have gotten 4 for $100 from my local hardware store. Very unsatisfied
There is no ability to cancel an online order. @-day shipping turned out to be 4-6 days at a cost of over $100.
I have 2 houses one at the lake and one in town. Your system forces me to ship to my in town house because that is the billing address of my credit card. Very inconvenient because I need the parts at my lake house.
Could use better directions. Have alternates to add things like carpet, connections, hardware to the base kit. Include extra hardware. Lost a few bolts in the lake. Overall satisfied with the kit.
The new checkout process, appears to place the customer phone number under their name for the shipping addy? Also: If its a residential customer, for some reason the previous orders company name was added to the residential customers order?
