I was very happy with the purchase, and the products received. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Despite the warning/disclaimer provided for tester bottles, i only received one w/o a cap, and a few with a plain white box, which i don't mind one bit, it gets thrown away anyway. The Gucci Guilty, i wanted most of all, came new & sealed in original box. Aaaaaand i was allowed to make payments. What more could i ask for. Maybe faster shipping?

I was apprehensive about buying fragrances online. After reading what others had to say about Fragrance Buy on Reddit, I took a leap of faith and ordered two fragrances. I am very impressed by their service, pricing, packaging, and delivery time. Products are authentic as I have bought these same fragrances multiple times in the past from stores, and there is no difference! I will definitely be ordering again.
I have spent $400 on MAC makeup in the past few years. It has become my go-to. However, upon never receiving a package recently, I called costumer no-service and was very frustrated by the entire ordeal. Though they never gave me tracking information and the "track my order" button in the email they sent me led to incomplete info, they said it was not their problem that I never received my item. It was such a frustrating call that I don't plan to ever use their bloated, difficult website in the future. I have had other problems in the past with their website and orders not going through, but this person-to-person conversation was the WORST and enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
