I have used Beyond Menu since 2015 and regularly order lunch for pickup through the website. I found a great little Chinese restaurant nearby and they never get my order wrong, I've never been overcharged, and the order is received quickly (much easier than making a phone order). I have ordered from multiple restaurants in several cities. The only times I have had a negative experience was when the restaurant neglected to monitor their online orders. Either that, or they chose to stop accepting online orders without alerting Beyond Menu. Thanks for helping me get my Kung Pao chicken fix on a regular basis.

I attempted to make a restaurant order for pickup using Beyond Menu. I paid for the order and received a confirmation.
Upon going to pick up the order I was advised that Beyond Menu had cancelled my order. No reason given. I asked them why by email. No response.

BeyondMenu has no value or morals. I've remove them from my Google Business Listing many times... so they hacked my account to add it back on multipy times. They do that so they can ride on your existing customers thru Google Business Listings and make their fees off your existing customers without investing to bring you new customers. These freeloaders wont cancel the service as I requested many times either as it's been going on several years now. Beware of this company!

Tip for consumers:
They will call you regularly to get the code from Google they have requested to send to you so they can have access to your Google Business Listing. They will from time to time request this code from Google until they have gained access to your listing. BEWARE!

Please be advised that it would be impossible for any third party service to "hijack" your google listing. For anyone to gain access on a particular google listing, a Google code is needed to gain access on it and these google code postcards are sent only to the restaurant's address. Unless your restaurant provided us that code and we entered it on Google then that's the only time we can gain access on your restaurant's Google page. An access on your listing is needed to change any information on it. Others may suggest to update the information but if you will not approve it then it will not show online. Google's algorithm can also cause automatic update on your listing. There are a lot of factors that can do this change and if you need help to understand them better or to double check them please feel free to contact our Customer Service Hotline for further assistance. My girlfriend hired them for our restaurant and they kept making shady requests for access to our actual business listing. We called them and told them to stop, so they found a WORK AROUND and stole the business listing and revoked all our access and put their own website in there. SUPER SHADY BUSINESS. And now we have to wait to get access back to our OWN BUSINESS. BEWARE.

Please be advised that for anyone to gain access on a particular google listing, a Google code is needed to gain access on it and these google code postcards are sent only to the restaurant's address. Unless your restaurant provided us that code and we entered it on Google then that's the only time we can gain access on your restaurant's Google page and as of this writing there's no other work around on this one. In short, unless the code that was sent to your store was given to us. We hope we were able to clarify your misconception on this matter.

Ordered pick up food and noticed at home that items were missing and the rest of it was far from fresh. I don't see why I have to pay full price for an incomplete order so I tried to reach out to beyond menu. They emailed me back saying they tried to call me ( I don't see a missed call) and I needed to call the restaurant. This is not very helpful. I won't use them again

I searched for my favorite restaurant on google and mistakenly clicked on the "got to website" link in the Google info panel on the right, thinking it would go to the restaurants website. It didn't. It went to beyondmenu's fake site for the restaurant. The menu and contact info all looked legit but some of the interface didn't work as I remembered the last time I ordered from the restaurant. The prices also seemed very high. I proceeded to checkout anyway (stupid me). The site required me to create an account... so I figured the restaurant had decided to go with a new online vendor. However the site said there was a problem verifying my credit card. I double checked and all info was correct. So I called the restaurant and placed my order over the phone. The bill was more than 25% cheaper. I then informed the restaurant owner of this apparent scam. They said they were not aware of beyond menu and were attempting to fix the links. This is very frustrating. Don't use Beyond Menu... It is a SCAM.

Tip for consumers:
Go to the actual restaurant site instead. You'll get a better price and won't get scammed.

May we know what restaurant were you referring to? It's impossible that the menu prices on our end our 25% higher that those of the restaurant since menu details comes directly from them. Also may we ask on what part were you "scammed"? You mentioned the transaction was not successful since your credit card was not verified, is that right?

The only reason for 1 star is just to write this review. I will NEVER use online ordering with beyondmenu again! This was my first and last time to place a order that has to go through them. I am so very upset, spending $35 on myself for Chinese lunch specials and not one item placed was correct! I called the restaurant and they stated they never received any of my special instructions, so yes, I'm pissed with this beyondmenu! In fact, I have called this same restaurant in the past with special instructions and orders have always been correct.

Placed an order thinking it was being placed directly with the business, however I did not get a confirmation of when the food would be ready. When I called the restaurant is when I found out that the order was not placed with them but through Beyondmenu. What made it worse was that I was told the order would not be ready for an hour! When I finally arrived at the restaurant they were having a sale every second sushi roll was 1/2 off! None of my 4 rolls were discounted. So needless to say I feel a bit ripped off!

However, some stores have certain discounts only applicable for walk-in or store orders--this does not include those orders placed online with their ordering partners. Some restaurants also don't call to update their menu price or discount price, so as a result prices on our website aren't updated as well. BeyondMenu seems to cater to small, hole in the wall places that are not real restaurants. For example, a Hunan Delight delivery, I could not eat any of it and threw it out.
I then decided to try another business from their site, Golden China. They
Also delivered TERRIBLE FOOD!
The so called "restaurants" on this site are places where you can not sit and eat. They have only take out and delivery. The food is sub par at best. Now, I am out over $51 because I was hungry and used their service to order food. If DoorDash had not had technical issues with their site, I would never have used them.

We are a restaurant that used to use BeyondMenu. Speaking from personal experience STAY AWAY. Their "customer service" doesn't help at all and many times you are left to figure stuff out on your own. When asked to speak to the manager we were told they don't even have one. I'm not even sure how that works. We have called multiple times but nothing have been resolved. Tip does not go to the restaurant whatsoever, payments have not been processed to us, and they are STILL sending us emails stating that WE owe them money. Terrible company. Do not use.

I called their "hotline" to cancel my order seconds after my order, as I had accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant with a similar menu. They said they had to call the restaurant. Seconds after, I got an email saying the food was ready. Then, the customer service agent called and said the food was ready and they refused to refund my money. This is a clear SCAM intended to keep their money and not refund.

I almost never leave reviews, but when your food doesn't show and it's been 2 hours past your delivery time, you start to wonder. I called and they told me they had canceled my order, even though the restaurant said they made it and it was picked up hours ago. Sounds to me like one of the drivers stole my food. My daughter and I waited and needless to say was pissed. Never got a call back from the company, when they said they would call back within an hour. I had to call back the next day to make sure I got my money back and they couldn't
To explain to me why they canceled my order. I will never use this company again.

One of the drivers of our delivery partner picked up your order for delivery then 30 minutes after your order's estimated time of arrival we received a notification that the delivery job was cancelled by the driver. We immediately called the restaurant and found out that the food order was picked up and never returned. We have also tried contacting the driver and our delivery partner but to no avail and this unfortunately led to this problem. I've used this before without much difficulty but tonight the app never seemed to finish processing my credit card. I couldn't find any way to refresh or check wtf was going on. Finally had to call the restaurant and guess what? They did have my order and were preparing it. This does not, however, fill me with confidence in the security of my information. I will never use this app again. I found this site because I had to search for help and I must say I am in total agreement with all the negative reviews.

Asked for a refund and it was processed on their end but their website is horrible. Worst customer service ever and then when I called to speak to a manager I was told there's no manager I can speak to and no transfer button?!? What kinda BS is that? The manager is supposed to call me but I have yet to hear back. No fault on the employees end of course but HUGE fault with the management of the company. Completely unacceptable to not have someone on the management end ready and willing to handle disputes.

I used this website to order food from a restaurant nearby. I always go to pick up my food, and I enter in a tip with my payment. Come to find out tonight that the restaurant doesn't get my tip! The website does! Why would I be tipping this website if their delivery drivers aren't even delivering it I'm picking it up?! Thinking about calling the news about this one, people deserve to know this stuff!

Ordered food for pick up through Beyond Menu on 7/5/2019, at around 7:30pm. Apparently the order never got to the restaurant (this was an hour after the order was placed). When we called Beyond Menu, they didn't offer refund for right away. On top of that they lied that they offered us a 10$ coupon to the person who went to pick up the food (they never received any such calls). Overall terrible experience and would not recommend it.

I placed an order with them for the Dragon Cafe in La Vista, Ne. I had intended to have Peking Duck for dinner on my birthday. I received an email assuring me that my order had been sent to the Cafe. When I went to pick it up, the Cafe had no record of my order at all. There is nothing on the BeyondMenu website to indicate that you have to sign up, or download an app to your computer. Just place the order and you are all set. Just lies and incompetence is what this business is. BeyondMenu did not reply to my emails or act in any way like a trustworthy business.

I've ordered food a few times from them for a particular Chinese restaurant. However there was an issue with billing. They must have called my phone 2 dozen times (the restaurant). Then they showed up at my house. It was unacceptable. Tried to resolve it with Beyond Menu (who handles all payment) and both Beyond Menu and the restaurant were tricky and scamy. Will never use them again. Ever.

This company is not reliable at all. After waiting 30 minutes for an order that was suppose to be delivered I was notified that the driver canceled the pick up. I had to call three times in order to finally ask for a refund. The first two times I called I was told that i would need to go pick up the order. When I told them i did not have a car (the only reason i would have someone deliver my food) they said they were trying to contact the restuarant and would contact me back in 3-5 minutes. On my 3rd call I was told they were trying to reach the restuarant to see if anyone there could deliver it to me. I finally had to ask for a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I WAS DIRECTED TO THIS FOOD DELIVERY THINKING IT WAS THE RESTUARANT! THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY FOOD AND THEN TRIED TO GET THE RESTUARANT TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM.

After our delivery partner cancelled your order, one of our agents who was keeping track of it immediately contacted you to see if you could pick up the order. When you told us you couldn't, we tried contacting the restaurant to see if they could make a delivery. Since the store was unresponsive on the phone, it took some time to get through. When we finally reached the owner, we learned that their store had to close that day due to an emergency.

We would also like to thank you for accepting our call earlier and letting us explain this matter to you—we will use your feedback to refine our efforts so this doesn't happen again, and we hope you will consider us again in the future!

I order from this site frequently. The last 2 orders both caused me to have to cancel the card i used to make the order. HUGE RISK giving them any financial information. This site should be investigated by the FBI. Just call in your order or find an alternative site. VERY INCONVENIENT. I tried to call them to inform them of the problem and got a very rude customer service rep on the phone. There is no point in supporting this business.

Tried to order pizza from local pizza shop and they used beyond menu. We placed the order and an out of town friend used their credit card, we received an e-mail stating order was placed, they then called, Verizon had it as potential spam, they asked about the card and the relationship to owner of home and said we would need to show I'd and the card to the delivery person, so much for contact less delivery in the middle of covid

I submitted my order and after confirming on the website that the restaurant would be delivered to my address I placed my order. After an hour of waiting for my order to be delivered I went into email to check to see what happened. I received an email about half an hour after my order was placed that my Order was canceled because my address is too far away from the restaurant.

I am a working single mom and now I discover an hour after my order is placed I don't not have food on the way to feed my children. Horrible first experience

They constantly hijack your google business page and link their website instead your true website. In doing so, my restaurant get an order for prices that are incorrect and that I have to honor. We had tried to numerous times to update our menu with them and they never do it. So we are done. After telling them we no longer wanted to be partner, three weeks late they hijack our google business page again and start direct orders to use through their fake website. We are dine with Beyond Menu. Save your money and just order directly from the restaurant or many of the other third party vendors that are honest and offer better customer service.

Waited 1 hour for our food delivery - no word. I called restaurant to be told that the order was cancelled by BM. Called Beyond Menu who said they tried to call and couldn't reach me - though no call registered on my phone. Without emailing me or trying to call again they just cancelled the order. Again no notification. Restaurant now processing the order directly and dinner will arrive another hour later (2 hours total). Just call restaurant directly - do not use BM.

I ordered food from a local Chinese restaurant as I have many times using BM. Shortly after I received a call from my banks fraud department because an attempt was made, using my card number, for $2,077 on Ticketmaster. Guess someone wanted to go to the super bowl tomorrow. Now I have no debit card. Card in hand and have not used it for a few days other than this order.

This site is posting menus and allowing you to order from restaurants where it has no relationship. Be careful not to make any payments thru this site. Orders placed online are not transmitted anywhere because they have no arrangement. I see that many others are having the same issue. Be aware of this site - it is deceptively realistic

However, some restaurant owners who authorized their managers or staffs to sign up with us sometimes forget about our business relationship especially when these people leave or resign from their restaurants.
