Using this in conjunction with the smooth Radiance scrub has been surprising. I am probably the biggest critic of not getting results but have been extremely surprised. I definitely notice a difference. The irony I have had two people make the comment to me that you look different did you cut your hair. Lol - I just yes I did. And let it go.

No stars! This biz promised me a $12.33 price on 2 jars of supplements! (It was listed on the website and I provided them with a screen shot of the offer when I realized the price was not reduced in my total) Before completing my purchase, then offered me 3 extra jars at a discounted price. I had spent over $50 and was a Lux member and should have gotten free shipping. I wrote back and forth with customer service. They explained that the discounted order of two jars was a separate order and under $50, and therefore would not be covered by the free shipping. It was the same order I was trying to check out of and they kept offering me more deals, so I took the deal for the three extra jars. The jars all arrived in the same package and shipped at the same time. I explained this repeatedly to customer service and guess what? They stopped responding to me. So not only did they not honor the list price on their product, they charge me shipping when I had spent over $100. This is not good business and I will never order from them again I would double check any orders you place with them because they are not willing to make their customer first and they not honoring their own policies!

My husband purchased the deep wrinkle filler last February 2, it was a birthday gift fir me. It toke almost 3 weeks to arrive, and let me tell you that I followed the simple 3 steps instructions by the letter! The product didn't show any changes to my wrinkles or soft lines. It leaves a sticky feeling and I hate the smell of it! I'm very disappointed because I'm the one who wanted the product, and no results at all for the price. It also gave me red spots =/

I placed an order in Nov. Of 2023 and my account was charged for the order the same day. When I still hadn't received the products in mid December I called and was told that it was on backorder but they had received a new batch "That Day" and would be sending it out "That Day". On Jan. 4,2024 I still hadn't received my order. Sent an email to the company and they replied it was on backorder but they expect to receive a new shipment sometime in January of 2024. That pretty much did it for me, this company took my money and lied about sending it twice! What good is a company if they are Not true to their word? I did eventually receive a refund but will never do business with them again. Buyer beware I give this company a 0 rating and would give - stars if possible.

I've only been using a week but haven't saw any results.I hate being lied to. Have 90 days will see. I started keeping it in the drawer of my coffee table and used it multiple times daily whenever I was just setting in the front room. After around seven weeks a friend and I were looking at vacation photos and she asked if I'd had work done on my neck. I laughed and said yeah I have a surgeon on speed dial. I guess I couldn't notice a big difference because I was looking at it everyday and it was a long slow process. I took a few photos into the bathroom and looked in the mirror, sure enough it looked tighter and younger. I'd at that point been using it a couple months. So if you don't follow the times a day to use directions and you have a lot of patience it does eventually show a noticeable difference. If you follow directions it'll take quite some time though because it took a couple months for me and I used it around 7 times a day at least. If they hadn't used the words instant & rapid in the ad and had just been up front with how long it could take I'd be giving them 5 stars but for the deception I am only giving them 4 for the rapid lift.

I love this cream it makes my skin feel silky soft again. I would be honored to win the contest! You really should try it my friend!

This is Karen again. I kept up with the product, added a few others, am on autoship for the deep wrinkle filler and won't be without it. It really works. Customer service has been great going forward. I didn't take a before picture, as suggested. I started at age 70. It took a while to fill in my deep wrinkles and now many wrinkles have vanished unless I smile. People have told me I look like I'm in my 50s, and can't believe I'm 71.

According to this article, most of the customers were satisfied, I am not one of them. I used this religiously for the 3 months that they suggested and did not notice one difference. I tried to get my money back and I was not eligible, which I found to be typical...like 90% of all the other companies that say money back guarantee...don't fall for it. It's just another product out there that rely on our insecurities as women. Let's all just agree that God made us in his image and then we should be happy with how we look in age.

Yes since starting I have gotten many compliments on what have I been doing? And yes your products are fabulous and will definitely be ordering again and again!

I have used many of their product for some time now. It does what it says and I won't be without it. Products I now use, Dermal Repair Complex (daily pill), cleansing gel, Exfoliating scrub (once a week), One drop Rewind, Skin Renewing Polish(once a month), Rapid Lift neck serum, Acid plumping booster, Stem cell moisturizer (daily), and can't forget Overnight Retinal treatment (nightly). I don't use all the products every day, but I do use them monthly. I would highly recommend to everyone. Most people don't believe me when I tell them my age. I am 73 and for the most part, have always had nice skin. But as age comes so do the small lines which Beverly Hills MD has kept their promise to help me look young and not my age. I'm almost 64 yrs old and I couldn't be more thankful for finding this formula.I add it to my morning smoothie or when I'm in a hurry I just mix it with water. Either way it has a pleasant taste. Thanks Dr. Layke for all your research that made this possible!
