No stars! This biz promised me a $12.33 price on 2 jars of supplements! (It was listed on the website and I provided them with a screen shot of the offer when I realized the price was not reduced in my total) Before completing my purchase, then offered me 3 extra jars at a discounted price. I had spent over $50 and was a Lux member and should have gotten free shipping. I wrote back and forth with customer service. They explained that the discounted order of two jars was a separate order and under $50, and therefore would not be covered by the free shipping. It was the same order I was trying to check out of and they kept offering me more deals, so I took the deal for the three extra jars. The jars all arrived in the same package and shipped at the same time. I explained this repeatedly to customer service and guess what? They stopped responding to me. So not only did they not honor the list price on their product, they charge me shipping when I had spent over $100. This is not good business and I will never order from them again I would double check any orders you place with them because they are not willing to make their customer first and they not honoring their own policies!
My husband purchased the deep wrinkle filler last February 2, it was a birthday gift fir me. It toke almost 3 weeks to arrive, and let me tell you that I followed the simple 3 steps instructions by the letter! The product didn't show any changes to my wrinkles or soft lines. I placed an order in Nov. Of 2023 and my account was charged for the order the same day. When I still hadn't received the products in mid December I called and was told that it was on backorder but they had received a new batch "That Day" and would be sending it out "That Day". On Jan. 4,2024 I still hadn't received my order. Sent an email to the company and they replied it was on backorder but they expect to receive a new shipment sometime in January of 2024. I've only been using a week but haven't saw any results.I hate being lied to. Have 90 days will see. I started keeping it in the drawer of my coffee table and used it multiple times daily whenever I was just setting in the front room. After around seven weeks a friend and I were looking at vacation photos and she asked if I'd had work done on my neck. I laughed and said yeah I have a surgeon on speed dial. I guess I couldn't notice a big difference because I was looking at it everyday and it was a long slow process. I took a few photos into the bathroom and looked in the mirror, sure enough it looked tighter and younger. I'd at that point been using it a couple months. So if you don't follow the times a day to use directions and you have a lot of patience it does eventually show a noticeable difference. If you follow directions it'll take quite some time though because it took a couple months for me and I used it around 7 times a day at least. If they hadn't used the words instant & rapid in the ad and had just been up front with how long it could take I'd be giving them 5 stars but for the deception I am only giving them 4 for the rapid lift.

Customer service has been great going forward. I didn't take a before picture, as suggested. I started at age 70. It took a while to fill in my deep wrinkles and now many wrinkles have vanished unless I smile. People have told me I look like I'm in my 50s, and can't believe I'm 71.
I bought 3 vials to start. All 3 are used up and I can't tell if it made a difference. I emailed customer support with a specific question, and got a response that was a canned one sentence response within a canned envelope of heading and closing. It was obvious, the 2 part even had different fonts. It simply said results are different among people.
