Betteridge is obviously interested in repeat business. To that point, from the client's POV, I cannot imagine a more responsive or professional retail experience. It is therefore no surprise that Betteridge enjoys a loyal customer following. This was my second purchase from them. (There will assuredly be more.) I wish them every continued success. They deserve it.
I hoped for the option to upgrade the shipping. I need this give by Friday 12/16. Also signed up for Betteridge coupon codes and didnt receive anything via email.
Website navigation could be better....to get back to where you were from the shopping cart you have to use search.

you should make the address more easy to use by saying where you want it sent and then delineating what is the billing address because sometimes they are different. otherwise nice job

I am a repeat customer for many years. had a problem with a missing part . nobody ever got on the phone with me. I had to call and was told they would call back. never did. I am returning the product because the hands on the watch are not the correct ones for the year of the model. I will call customer service after the holiday to get a label.
