I'm a former customer of this skincare line and when they re-release their products I will buy them again. I'm not sure where or when this site looked at their ratings, but everywhere I have checked has rated this company at or close to 4 stars.
They don't ship your item 4-5 business days as it says on the webpage. It took 3 weeks for me to receive an item I bought for a friend abroad. I told them if I don't receive it on time before my trip, then I'll send it back (my sister would) for a refund and they refused to issue one. A company refusing to refund people, this is something really bad. You can tell they do bad business. I would never ever recommend.

Do not buy directly from the website, use PayPal or some other platform to protect yourself, but I would just not buy from them honestly.
I ordered this product and I used it a few times before I noticed it had a red substance in it that looked and responded just like blood. I reached out to the company and did a review that was never posted or responded to. I place the red substance on a napkin and it turned brown as blood would do. I have trauma now with putting anything on my face. FYI the product isn't liquefied because this crap is in my trunk and it's chilly outside so it became solid which is actually great, you can see that red substance even better.
Tip for consumers:
Please do not support this company. Me finding something in my bottle that looks like blood isn’t worth your heath. I don’t know what that person had. Was it on purpose?? Just don’t buy it I have PTSD because of this product.

I don't know what happened to this company but if they ever come back out I'm jumping in their products immediately. They were so good for my skin. I keep searching hoping they were selling the last of the stash in another site somewhere.

I had been using the products for six months due to my contentment with the appearance of my skin and the gentleness of the system. However, my last order included two bottles of cleanser. One bottle is filled with a white lotion. It does not lather and is thick and oily. I emailed the company photos and returned it. They refused to accept it for an exchange or refund. CHECK YOUR ORDER when you receive it but know that it's your loss if they choose to send you another substance in the bottle! BTW, customer reviews on the site, are filtered. Nothing less than a 4 star is posted.

This is a great product really helped my skin but I have run out twice and they are always sold out so how can you keep up a skin care regimen when the products are not available
