Betiest

I saw an ad on facebook from betiest about a 1989 batmoblie. The ad stated that the car was originally 137.98 but was on sale for 68.98. The video showed two men lifting the item out of a box, as large as one mans arm. I purchased the item and after a long time well over 21 days, I emailed them, no phone number, and still waited. Finally my package arrived, they sent me a lego batmobile, that did not even resemble the photos on their website. After trying repeatedly to contact them Gavin finally replied and stated after checking the website found that the descriptions are misleading and offered to refund me 20% of the purchase price. When I informed them that if the described car was to be purchased I would like a full refund, Gavin answered back that he was sorry but if I wanted a refund I could send the item back at a cost to me of $20.00 or I could keep the item and be refunded 40% of the cost. I then realized it was hopeless I had been had I accepted their offer. I write this in hope that nobody else will get taken of their money.
