Got excellent seats at a cheaper price than I could find at Stub Hub. Delivered on time, friendly customer service, what else can I say? I will be back.
In December I bought 4 tickets to a Temptations/Four Tops concert in Sarasota Florida on March 8th. I paid $810 which was charged to my credit card. The tickets were promised to be delivered by March 4. On March 6th, I contacted Best and spoke with Dennis. He assured me after talking with the sellers that the tickets would be made available electronically later that night. No tickets were received. On March 7th, I called Best and spoke with Olivia who assured me the tickets were going to be delivered within the hour by electronic means. No tickets were received. On March 8th I called Best and spoke with Victor who said he was a manager. He called the seller and after about a 10 minute wait he came back on line to inform me the seller did not have the tickets and the order was to be cancelled. I reminded Victor about Best stated policy of GUARANEEING a ticket to the event if the seller us unable to perform but since the show was a sell-out there was nothing they could do. I asked for the identity of the seller of the tickets but Victor refused to provide it to me. I would NEVER consider buying tickets from Best again. As a company they are negligent in providing adequate supervision of the ticket dealers they would wish. They have no ethics and zero concern for customer care. Worst experience of buying event tickets in my lifetime. AVOID THIS COMPANY! I purchased four tickets to Las Vegas, was quoted a price, paid the price in full. American Airlines issued the tickets I received the confirmation from American. Two days later I received a cancellation from American Airlines indicating that Best Tickets had canceled the tickets. However, they had not issued a refund, nor had they contacted me prior to canceling the tickets. I received several emails, asking me to wait 24 hours to receive a ticket and confirmation. I was finally able to get a hold of said supervisor. Her name is Tresa and she informed me that they could not get the tickets for the price that they charged me and they wanted an additional $1300. When I said no, they refused to issue me a refund and I am now disputing the charge on my credit card.

I am a manager here at Best Tickets, so I would like to respond to this review. We are NOT the company you ordered from! First of all, we do not even have any employees named Dennis, Olivia or Victor. I can assure you that there is no manager named Victor at our company. Second, as the primary person who processes our web orders, I never processed any order for The Temptations. Our invoice receipt numbers aren't anything like yours and our receipts look nothing like you posted. We are Best Tickets in Texas and we did not sell you (or anyone else, for that matter), tickets to the Temptations in FL. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with that company, but please don't accuse us of keeping your money and not delivering tickets. We certainly would not be in business for over 30 years, with thousands of satisfied customers, if we treated them like you claim. Please get your facts straight and realize that the company you ordered from is not us! Thanks
