Great phone rep! I couldn't have gotten through the order without her. It was not clear on the website how to get from the fabric/size page to a page for typing into a text box. It also wasn't clear at the outset that using custom dimensions wouldn't cost extra. She also told me that if I wanted I could just write the text in the specific instruction box and it would be laid out by the company.
I have ordered the same table runner from Best of Signs many times. All I wanted was a direct re-order. That was not possible. As the agent explained to me in a chat, the last order would have to have been within the last six months to make a re-order. Then, I selected one of "My Designs" and tried to make an order, but the system had a "Problem in fetching design tool data." This lead to a dead end (no options provided by the system at that point). Then, I tried starting over by going to customized table runners and using the design tool. After uploading my.eps logo file and trying to advance to checkout, there was another "Problem in fetching design tool data." Finally, when I was able to (hopefully) figure it out and make my order, I was charged tax, although on June 24,2023 per email conversations with Ira Keller, "We have set up your account as tax-exempt, so taxes will not apply to any future orders."

This site was recommended to me, it was easy to navigate with many design options and choices for banners, which is what we were specifically shopping for. Got a great first timer discount code as well and shipping was seamless with updates on design review, approval and shipment estimation. Will definitely be using this company again for our sign needs and recommend it highly to others!

I placed my order on Tuesday and paid with my Amazon card. When I checked today, all the data was gone. I got angry and uploaded the file again.

Very easy to use website and prices are reasonable for the product! However, my package came from the country India, which I had no problem with that in itself. However, when package came in over a week late, it was not from a facility in the US, which is how it can have the priority shipping by fedex in 5 days.
They gave me a tracking number, which I thought was customary to send via Emil from businesses when you purchase from them.
Price is much better than others for the product and shipping, and needed the sign asap for a new business opening.

This company has it figured out. I ordered a 4x4 two-sided sign with grommets uploading my own artwork on the 6th of August and it arrived the 11th of August. It was a really high quality sign and exactly as I had wanted. I paid about $37 total, which included the shipping costs too. I would recommend these folks highly. They were fantastic! The business is 100% online and has chat as well as designers too. They're responsive to questions and are very helpful. I am a Managing Director for a Pharmaceutical fulfillment company and we have Office Olympics every year. This sign was awesome!
So far so good, except the billing, we a government company and tax exempt, if i cannot have this reversed we will not be able to use Best of Signs

I was originally happy to find Best of Signs online, a clean, usable website and good prices. I placed an order, immediately realized I had the wrong size selected, and canceled it within minutes, initiating a separate order for the correct size. Two days later, they said the original order had been printed and could not be canceled, and hadn't even confirmed the second order. In other words, they were able to rush a bad job to print lightning fast to charge me, but were taking their sweet time with the correct order.
Even worse, having contacted support immediately, I hit multiple personalities answering the support mailbox. One was understanding and said I'd get a refund, no problem:
"We understand that our customers are the heart of our business, and we want to ensure we meet your expectations."
Only to have that countermanded by someone else. It's one thing to have poor service. It's another to have it acknowledged — then taken back. So even while I have nice things to say about the signs (despite some weird line/cut/grease marks where, I assume, a human was involved in trimming), I can't recommend this business, as I waste hours of my life trying to get a chargeback. At least I have someone saying I deserved a refund.

Any difficulty was website related: The order process on the website was squirrely - I had to repeatedly input my billing address, and finally had to start over. Also there is a coupon I could have used or a 10% discount for my first order, but there was no place to input this info, so I did not get the discount. I got help via chat option. Everything was resolved quickly. Very nice people.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a sign. The box and the packaging protecting the sign was in great shape but the sign was a mess. There were scratches, smudges, and a bent corner. They purposefully sent a damaged product instead of reprinting and sending something I could use. A company that has so little pride in their product should NOT be trusted!
