I ordered a cedar sandbox and had a question during assembly. After a live chat, my question was professionally and quickly answered and simply because I had to drill a few holes for myself (no problem) was issued a credit. The grands are enjoying the sandbox and I am a happy customer!
BCP products are only warrantied for 60 days. My $150.00 air-fryer broke in 5 months. BCP customer support would not help. Wrote two different CEO's twice requesting their support to resolve my problem; USPS mail came back Both times (using four different address they have registered), Return to sender / moved. This is a gypsy company. Go purchase your products from a company that offers 1 year warranties and cares about their customers... Had a good experience with Ninja Coffee maker company.
