I found Best Choice AV on google I thought there prices where in real and thought it was a scam and still decided to try it yet and yet and behold I got the 65 inch LG tv that I ordered and I could not believe the price and service that was provided they brought the tv in my house I boxed it plugged it in for me and set it up at no cost I give BEST CHOICE AV 10 starts out of the 5 and would tell everyone I know that needs any sort of electronics to buy from them
5 star reviews must be fake. You will receive a phone call telling you that you ordered a commercial model and they noted you have a residential address. The commercial model has a much lower resolution. For x, more in my case over $700, they will send you the residential model. When you say no, they refund your credit card the next day which has had now had the amount pending for 4 days. So even though you may not lose money, you'll waste several days not having the new product you'll now need to shop for elsewhere. There seem to be a few companies doing this. Also, be aware that any LG products purchased through unauthorized dealers don't come with a warranty. I talked to LG for over 30 minutes about this issue and it's posted on their website.
I bought an 82" Samsung QLED Q8FN with a bundled HDMI cord for what seemed like a good deal. After placing the order, I get a call to verify my purchase, and try to be upsold. So I started to do some additional researching on the company, and the results put me on high alert; so I gave them a call to cancel my order. The sales person assured me that what I was going to receive was a new set, and NOT refurbished like some of the previous complaints alleged. During the phone conversation, I was persuaded to purchase a 5 year "In-house" warranty at a discounted price of $475 because of the cost of this set.
After a week, my television set arrived, which was supposed to be a "White Glove" delivery... which means they will drop it off at your residence, which really means, in the driveway, yard, or wherever the freight company drops it off; but it will NOT be a threshold delivery! The one good thing, the television was new, in original packaging - minus the HDMI bundle pack that was advertised.
Here's the kicker, the new set has a 1-year warranty, plus the 5 year "In-home" warranty I purchased, to which I've never received the paperwork. I called to ask when; and they told me in approximately 2 weeks from the purchase date (10. 6. 2018). I've made several calls to get an update status, and on the 3rd or 4th call, they told me that I would not need any paperwork because I had the invoice/purchase receipt; and more importantly, they had it their system. As of today (6. 14. 2019) no copy, no Website, no real address (see BBB complaints), and only an unidentified voice mail!
So for the life of me, how can these reviews on this site be so positive and recent when there is NO site, or legal registration of this company in the state they are supposed to be doing business? Basically, I just gave them $475 to teach me a lesson on how to be scammed! Good for me, I used PayPal, and the credit card attached to the account so I have a way to get the $475 back. So, if the site ever comes back, Do NOT buy a "vowel" from this outfit! STAY AWAY!
