Super impressed with the delivery time! Not quite a week from order to doorstep. Packaging was not sealed when it arrived. The canvas quality is fantastic and is mounted on a solid frame. Excited to hang these canvases on my wall.

Received an offer, thought for that price I'll give it a try, despite not being able to use the coupon, because it says not valid, and several emails to correct the issue which is still not done and no follow up from the company to rectify it further, I placed the order. It arrived yesterday and looks beautiful, I am happy with the purchase. If you want to use the coupon they offer, beware, it never works.

To start off, customer service is amazing. My package got lost and they sent another with no questions asked. Thank you! The canvas' are very nicely done, well quality. The Mix Blox are printed very nicely however they ate cheap, it can snap very easily thats how cheaply made they are.
The pillows are poor quality also, the picture is faded and the photo print doesn't cover the entire pillow. The mugs are a hit and a miss. The pictures on them are either done right or they are super faded.
Over all, this site would be great just for canvas'. Again, customer service was great!

Site was easy to use although would have preferred an easy way to change a picture from landscape to portrait even though original shot was landscape. Had to go in, then cancel one and out of set up then back in to eventually do it. After that, ordering was easy, product arrived quickly and very impressed with quality.

I just got my order from them after the first one was lost, and I should say Im very impress with the quality.

I have ordered quite a few canvas prints from this company and have always been very happy with the products and pricing. The only complaint I would have is that although it is a. Ca website the products are not coming from Canada. I was hit with extra FedEX charges in addition to my shipping costs after the products had arrived. I have still found it was worth it for me to continue to order from this company.

Nice canvas and frame. Make sure your pics are good quality or they may turn out blurry. Only complaint i have is the picture is not aligned properly. Its not square to the frame. Other than that arrived in good time. Price was great.

Painless to upload and choose how you want your canvas print to be made! The speed of production and delivery was excellent - follow up emails with tracking number. The print came in a sturdy cardboard box and the print itself was shrink wrapped inside. Upon viewing it, I was very impressed - and not just because I took the photo - with the quality of the print and the sturdy frame. The only damper on the whole thing was using UPS - they don't knock, they just leave your package on the front door and drive away, even in the pouring rain (which luckily it wasn't this time).

You're seriously doing a great job because I didn't see a qualified service that had an instant response until today, so you won my heart. Thanks to you, I'll make use of your service again.

Quick and easy and good sales. Wrapping at corners not always as tight as I would like, but overall look is good

I have now ordered multiple canvases from bestcanvas and haven’t been disappointed yet. I find that my photos look much better on canvas than in pc. I usually go for the bigger frames because I think they make photos somehow more impressive. I do make sure to use only high quality photos so my canvas prints always turn out superb. And their customer support people are so nice and helpful. I love this service.

Overall I had pretty good experience with best canvas.
I was worried about the picture quality because I ordered 40" x 30" big frame. I expected it to be satisfactory, but I received printed picture in awesome quality already well-stretched. It outbid my expectations. Everything went smoothly from ordering to shipping. I recommend this company as a professional and reliable

I was very happy with the product, the canvas came sealed so there was no damage, the only thing was the shipping. Product was put in the box with no packing around, so box was damaged a little.

Good value and fast service, prints arrived very quickly, the colour prints were excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them and giving 5 stars on this. They loose a star as the black and white prints have a purple hue despite having set them up to be slightly sepia, having said this they still look fine and represent good value, Just don't expect inky blacks. If you order colour you really can't go wrong for the price and will likely use them again.

The production and delivery was fast. Had both orders within a few days. The colours are fantastic. The wrap around canvas is great. The only negative would be with multiple canvases in one package, the one canvas has bend marks over the wooden frame. I hope once they are hung it won't be too noticeable.

When I ordered prints of my paintings, I thought I was ordering from a Canadian company, but I was not. I was worried that I would be stuck with some huge shipping/duty/tax, but I Was Not!. I spent over the free shipping limit and there were no added charges to my total :)) .
The prep rate is quite fast 2 days (11 prints) and shipping from Florida to Ontario under 1 week, even with the hurricane.
The only thing I changed for my second order was I lightened the pictures of my paintings just a tad as I found the prints came out about 8% darker than the picture I sent, so once I changed that on my end my next order of prints came out just fine.
Very pleased over all, with the quick shipping rate and no faults in the packaging /no damage. I will order from Best Canvas again. And if your have a 1-2 weeks wait for orders at you site, you can ship them out to your customers in under 2 weeks. And not have to stock pile tons of different size prints.

I was annoyed at first because I found later (after I've checked out) that it was a Miami company using Canadian URL. I thought I might have to pay brokerage fee and I paid in USD! Nevertheless, it's all good and the service is pretty fast! My bad for reading carefully.

PRO: FAST, Reasonable priced, easy ordering process.
CON: The canvas is not super perfect, but it is nice overall.

I was stressed for the shipping, because it took about 2 weeks to receive ordered canvas. I understand, it's the shipping service fault and it keeps customer nervous while waiting.

As for the canvas, it's amazing. The quality is outstanding and the picture colors are awesome. I enjoy it a lot. I recommend Bestcanvas service for it's high quality canvases!

I was very happy with the quality of these canvases and how quick they came. The pictures turned out great and very inexpensive. The only problem I have is that one of my canvases has a noticeable dent in it. The packaging is not the best. Overall very happy with them

I love this company. I have ordered twice through them at very good sale prices and have been very satisfied. Also very fast to receive them.

Absolutely love, love, love the canvas pictures! But the three I had framed are really dark (not happy at all with those).
