I have used Best Canvass several times because they do quality work. In the past the shipping time and lack of tracking information was less than ideal. This time it came very quickly and I could track it from US across the border and through Canada to my post office. I am so pleased they have dealt with the shipping glitch. I highly recommend them now!

So I ordered from best canvas only because they had a promise to arrive before Christmas. My order did not arrive before Christmas so I asked for a refund because of false promises AND the quality of the photo puzzle I ordered was garbage. The email I received after asking for a PARTIAL REFUND was HILARIOUS. Absolutely ridiculous. I attached a copy of the email I received

I ordered two small prints. Turns out they came from Germany – not Canada and when I had to pay duty which was not expect I emailed them and they are in Miami FL – not Canada. Also they sent me 7 canvas in various sizes of some other family's pictures. And no one has answered my customer service emails about it at all. Wouldn't buy here again

Do not purchase the Framed Photo product. I ordered three prints (16" x 12") and not only is the picture poor (provided very high quality photos) but the frames look cheap, do not come with any way to mount and the "acrylic glass" is bendable plastic with a terrible glare.

The quality and workmanship is no longer there.
I had photos done 2 years ago and they were so much better.
Two years ago the canvas was trimmed in the back of the frame and wooden frame itself seemed to be of a higher quality. Had pictures of the same photo done 2 years ago they were excellent. The new ones are blurred. Don't no why. Will not recommend the company again.

This website is employing deceptive measures to make it appear that they are based in Canada. They are actually based in Florida and are using UPS for international shipping. This means upon receipt of your package you WILL be unpleasantly surprised with exorbitant "entry preparation charges" and brokerage fees. No effort was done during the order process to warn the consumer about this.

I would like to state that I sent 5 orders within 1 week and half. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of my first order. Secon and third one were a bit of an issue but Best Canvas solved my issue rapidly. So when it was time to put in 2 more orders I did not hesitate. So their delivery time is 3-5 busines days. My UPS status has been in the waiting to received the merchandise for now 1 week, I keep emailing best canvas and obviously they do not read their email as they keep giving a pre generated response to my question even if I provide them with more information on the same email. SO my original 5 stars has now come down to a 2 as a result. I feel ignored. I put my orders in and accepted orders from my clients based on their superb first performance and now I have no produce to give to my clients...

I have had great service in past orders, but a recent order placed Nov. 13/18 has not arrived yet. I haven't received a shipping notification! My credit card has been billed. I have tried emailing THREE times with all the appropriate information and no response. There have also been three different toll-free numbers. Waiting for someone to answer is absurd. It doesn't happen. While I did enjoy my previous orders, which were many however this recent order is becoming very frustrating trying to get in touch with someone at Bestcanvas.ca

I did received very quickly my orders but 2 of my 3 canvas had a default. One frame was broken. One of the canvas had a scratch on it and the border of the other was a little black (on a white image!). The new filler of the cushion is not as good has the previous. The cushion is 18x18 for the 16x16 envelop. Since the cushion is a little bit loose it makes a lot of wrinckle when in the envelopp. The quality of the impression is fair. It was not well packaged. The box of the cushion was broken in the corner. Since the cushions were loose in the box without protection, the one on the top was dirty when it arrive.

-Metal photo. Arrived damaged. (Corners peeling)
-They want the customer to return it at CUSTOMERS expense.
-In Lieu if sending it back, they actually demand video proof of cutting/destroying a metal print somehow without injuring myself.
I wasn't going to risk cutting. Myself.
I don't need the refund that badly but want people to know this is how they operate.

The overall quality of the image was fine but the corners somehow started unglue and lift.

It was easy to order the products and I received them promptly and was relatively happy with the products. However, I paid $14 initially in shipping only to receive another $14 bill in the mail from ups a week later for the order. This is very misleading and really ruins the credibility of the company. They target Canadian customers but are located in Germany. Will never purchase from them again or recommend to others.

The photo was terrible quality. It looked like I had printed it on my printer at home. The photo was so dark and had very little detail. The back of the frame was just plain brown cardboard at the back. It looked cheap. Very very disappointed in the quality.

I find that most of the prints had sagging and dents. Tried to use heat to fix it but nothing seems to work

Came on time and was cheap (photo's on canval)... but you get what you pay for. They look cheap and pictures are dark. I will try their prints on photo paper... hopefully they're better.

My delivery came in a week, however I was sent someone else's order and still have not been contacted by the company to fix this order. It was ordered in enough time for me to receive it as a Christmas gift for someone and now that's not going to happen so I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I was very unhappy with the fleece Blanket I ordered as a gift for my newborn grandson. First off I didn't see the drop down menu to order the premium plus blanket that was recommended to me until immediately putting in my credit card. Immediately after I tried to contact Bestcanvas.ca to change the order. I couldn't reach them after 4 tries so I sent an email in which I got an automated reply that they would get in touch with me. They never did after sending 3 emails, 6 calls. The order was filled and sent after a month. I was totally displease with service and blanket that had blotches on the picture and picture was not in proportion to blanket - huge - so it was not complimentary. I am going to try again to let them know how unhappy I am with a $53 cdn blanket - total waste of my money.

Ordered a 40 x30 canvas but got a 39.5 x 29.5 finished product. Beware you may not get the exact size print you order!

They cut half the face off the photo I sent in which was a complete photo.
Can't believe anyone would send out a canvas like that with half a person's face especially when the original photo had the complete face. They will not redo the photo, something about pixels?

I have ordered Canvas prints, mix pix, mix blox and have been satisfied enough for initial price. Although I ordered a photo blanket and am disappointed with it. The clarity of the picture once on the blanket is fuzzy looking. Quality of the blanket is ok but not soft or comfy. Wouldn't order from here again, Not Canadian paid a lot of unexpected extra money for Duty Fees. Deceiving!

I didn't expect much really, but the canvas is see through. It was stapled loose and sloppy and the inks they use show signs of bronzing when the canvas is viewed at an angle. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The pictures arrived as promised, although missing the hardware I had ordered. The company was good about refunding me for the missing parts. The canvas prints were okay. The colours were dull and less sharp than the prints I have. I sent in professional digital files so it was definitely not the quality of the image but rather the canvas printing. The faces also had a pink tint which was not in the originals. I still put them up, but I wouldn't recommend them.

I ordered two items for a gallery and a gift. The shipping said it would take 3-5 days. I didn't receive any notifications or updates so I followed up THREE WEEKS LATER. They said that they haven't processed my order (but it was still charged to my credit card) and asked if I still wanted it, offering no further discounts to the delays or showing much concern, even when I complained. I paid for a spot in a gallery with nothing to show, because these guys were late and didn't tell me. If they had notified me, I would have made preparations to create another item, but I was hopeful that it would arrive in time.

If I hadn't followed up, they would have never sent it and would have still been charged for it.

This is horrible customer service. Although the product and the prices are good, the horrible customer service will make never come back. I would pay more to ensure better service. I will NEVER refer these guys.

I have placed 3 orders over the course of about a month, and have issues with all 3. Their printing is always on the dark side, so take that into account when sending files (I use a colour-calibrated IPS-C monitor, so I know what they *should* look like). The people who are satisfied clearly have low standards. Prints of the colour photos I sent lack contrast and saturation (as submitted), and only 1 of the reprints they've provided actually partly resolved the issue. They've sent the wrong reprints twice (the second order was 3 photos, 1 had an issue, but they sent all 3 with no fixes, and the 3rd order was actually sent a 3rd time instead of the 2nd order's reprint). Two of the reprints arrived crooked on the frames. I've had to email their support repeatedly, and since all 3 orders were close together time-wise, they haven't been able to keep the last 2 straight. I've asked for a refund on the 1 print from the 2nd order but support has yet to reply. They are NOT a Canadian company, just a. Ca site. The prints come out of Germany, and the support replies are from Florida.

If you aren't picky about the quality of your prints, or are printing crappy photos anyway, they're fine. Cheap deals, and quick shipping. If you want good quality prints when you've spent lots of time and money on photography and editing your photos, avoid this company.

Yes, they responded via sitejabber. I emailed BestCanvas directly; Also I have registered, so they have lots of data for contacting me. Looks like the repsonse is a generic computer generated message to make it look like they are working on it. It puts the onus back on the customer.

Website is missing quite a few important items

I discovered BestCanvas today and they have a huge sale! I spent about an hour uploading my photos, then tried to register. It looked like my items were all saved.
I emailed them because the phone service isn't available on the weekend.
I couldn't find a place explaining if HST (Canada) is included, so I am afraid of finding a different amount on the credit card than the last window shows. When I returned to the website, all my items from the cart were gone. Also, couldn't find where to Log out.

Not worth the money. Not good quality. I just purchased photos on acrylic - which is not cheap and they look horrible. Not worth the spend!

The site promises that items are ready to ship within 48 hours and guarantees it. I placed my order on July 4 and it was not processed until July 19, after I followed up. I was not impressed as I almost did not receive it in time for my wedding.
