Took my computer in yesterday - thought it was a fried motherboard from a electrical brownout. It had power coming in but black screen. I needed it fixed right away for an emergency Zoom meeting the next day! Matthew had it diagnosed, booted up, and fully repaired in a short while! His knowledge and expertise blew me away! He was very polite as well.
If I could give him 6 Stars, I would! I recommend Best Buy Geek Squad for any computer problems!

Was quite annoyed before but finally got manager on phone
And he was able to find my HP Pavillion that was in for repair and had gotten redirected
To the wrong place, he brought it over personally and with a worker had it
Set up, very nice, happy with them now, sorry Best Buy.

I bought a refurbished Dell PC from Best Buy. It has broken down several times and it's not even a year since I purchased it. Best buy tells me they have nothing to do with PC and I have to deal with 3rd party. What I was sold is a 6 year old problem computer that is still in the last owners name! Best Buy is a fraudster

I bought asus vivobook 14 through them they were good in service and give prompt responce to the queries to make the delivery prompt they have even delivers personaly. I recommend them

Reserved washer and awaited email to tell me it's ready to pick up. Instead I got one saying they would have to have it shipped and not only delay but wanted 100$ more to get it to their store? Waited for 2 hours online for a customer service response and was told nothing they could do. Go to the store to see what they would do? Stay away

I've ordered many things ranging from usb sticks to board games to a television & a stereo from Bestbuy.ca. Even when I ordered on boxing day my items arrived quickly and in great shape. I've always gotten exactly what I've ordered, and I find this to be a completely reliable site to order online from. Please note this only applies to the items sold by Best Buy specifically online.

Best Buy is a good store! If you are going to buy appliances you have to do a research first. If you find a good one check the price with Best Buy the much the price + you get 10% off of the difference. If you buy 2 or more appliances you get 10% off on the package.

Recently they do 40% extra discount on luggage and bag sections! I bought a luggage set (27" and 21.5") for only $90 and Tumi tote bag for only $43. Shipping was free because of $35+ purchase. Plus, the shipping was pretty quick and I got my orders within a week.

BestBuy.ca is excellent! They accepted my gift card and I got my item the VERY next day. Also, the mailman knocked on my door and hand-delivered it to me! Couldnt be more impressed. Would order from them again.

I went into the Markville location looking for a gaming console bundle that was on sale, I tried a lot of other stores but the service at best buy was by far the best; even they did not have the console in stock they called the Scarborough location and put it on hold for me! They even gave me half of my controller when I bought their protection plan! World class service!

This store is very convenient. Free shipping over $25, orders generally processed next business day. Price protection is nice as well. Ordered a camera and next week it went on sale for $20 cheaper. Contacted customer service and they refunded the $20. Overall a positive experience shopping at bestbuy.

I have bought numerous items from Best Buy and the items always arrive on time. If we need to return something then we take it to the nearest store which is more convenient than posting the item

I was in the market for a new TV and best buy had just the model I was looking for at the perfect price. I chose the option to reserve online and pick up at store. After completing the transaction I got a phone call within few minutes that the TV was ready for pickup at our selected store. I was already impressed. I went to the store after I got off from work and gave them my order details, and sure enough, my brand new TV was waiting for me. The helpful and friendly staff even helped me to load it in my vehicle.

I was really impressed by best buy's overall experience and customer service. Now I know where to go for all my electronic needs.

I went on best buy website to see if I can get a western digital box and they did have any so I got my western hard drive from them and my ruko 2 from them and I enjoy it

I find they offer a better price then Walmart, Future shop, and other retailers, when it comes to gaming and electronics. I always checkout BestBuy first and always save myself money, instead of walking next door to Walmart.
