I ordered a Sonos speaker online (which was promptly shipped the following morning) however found out the next day that they went on sale! I called BestBuy CA and was assisted by Priscilla from customer service who handled my issue with great care and communication. They were more than happy to match the price, especially because it was only a day after I had purchased it. Great customer service by BestBuy CA and will definitely be coming back to order online!
As a company, the sales department wants its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase at Best Buy. Return policy for any product at Best Buy; within 30 days or even if the seller informs you of a feature of a product that does not exist; works against the client simply because they don't believe him/her. Customer satisfaction is not the main point at Best Buy. Management does not worry about generating alternatives to keep the customer happy.
I am very impressed with the quality of their laptop. The price is decent, and the service is great. Highly recommend.
I order from BB quite frequently and never had any issues with them. The few times I had a problem with a product, I brought it in store and got it resolved. Only complaint would be that the functionality to change the payment type on an already placed order seems to be broken. I had a paid for a preorder of a game with my Paypal account, which had a credit card that was canceled, and the only way to change the payment type was to call up Best Buy.
Wide selection at good prices... I just recently found out that the price tags are not fixed... you can actually bargain the price with the sales reps
I love this site. Whenever I want to buy some electronics I prefer going to this site. It is very consumer friendly as well as they match their price with any one. I really like it.
Good quality items and shipped fast however inorder for them to accept you credit card payment they send you emails and a phone number to call to verify it is you. If you aren't home to get the email you may miss out on your order being processed... that said, they need to use pay pal or some other more convenient way to verify the customer is valid.
Overall a good site, just check your delivery method before submitting (tends to default to shipping) and add your service plan on the product page (if you want one), otherwise you can miss it.
I regularly buy from futureshop. They have excellent prices for well known brands. It's hard to beat.
No problem buying online. In store, you just have to say NO to whatever protection/warranty they try to sell you. They are pretty good at getting you scared, but remember it's basically a scam.
