Just adding my 2¢ worth to this one, yep it's as stated on the site, a Chinese wholesaler out of Putian selling the usual range of counterfeit goods. So don't really expect to find this one approved or certified by anyone, and its claim to having been in business for ten years is equally counterfeit as are all the public registration details for the site. But there's nothing really unusual about this one as Chinese wholesalers go, and I can't imagine anyone in the USA seriously wanting to buy a fake Chanel handbag for $60 here. If you do, you should go lie down and take it easy for a while.

Avoid this site, They have fake securty badges and when i emailed them asking for the proper links they kept telling me that if i have any problems order from the site then told me not to bother them again. Pretty obvious its a scam
Watch out for this site everyone, they are using fake security badges on the bottom of their page (the McAfee badge goes to a broken link).
