This place is a complete joke.

I have a 2021 Aprilia RS660. I have a slow leak in the front tire. I ordered a replacement from the parts department. It arrived yesterday. All good so far.

I called to schedule installation. I spoke to a young lady who didn't even know what an Aprilia is. I know it's a low production bike, but this is a motorcycle dealership. You haven't even heard of Aprilia? She said they don't work on brands they don't sell. I said I understand that they may not be qualified to do detailed work, but this is just a tire. She repeated the same line. I said "Do you know anything about motorcycles at all? Forks are all the same. Installing a tire on my motorcycle is the same as a Honda or anything else your dealership sells." Again, a repeat of the same line.

I asked to speak to her manager. Hold please.

Another young lady whom I also suspect doesn't really know anything about motorcycles came on the line. The same conversation ensued.

What the hell is going on here? It is a front tire. A very simple job. They're all the same. The forks, brakes, and everything else involved are the same. And further, if you can't complete a very simple task such as installing a front tire on my motorcycle then why wasn't I told that when I ordered the tire.

Total amateur hour. The people who answer the phone in service should at least have a fundamental understanding of motorcycles and how they work.
