They sent me the wrong dress & another which had no resemblance to the advert. I have tried 3 times to contact them & still nithing back. I want a refund that I can't get until they say they'll receive the dresses back & that won't happen until they contact me. Really upset & really angry - stay away from this BAD company.

Berrylooks is a fraud I want my money back on my dress that you said shipped but never came here the order number e******* no stars just cant send review
Terrible, lousy ripoff. I bought a dress where it resembles the picture only in color. It was defective, absolutely nothing like the one shown. Didn't receive the other dress and I'm trying to get my money back. I'm considering reporting them to the FTC for fraud.
This is the horrible company I have ever dealed online. Just don't ever buy from them they are cheaters and liars. The quality of the goods are junks and the customer service are terrible. You're better off burn your money than dealing with them. Good luck!
