I ordered a winter white coat. The material is of very poor quality. Of course, the price should have been my warning. I ordered only one item because I was concerned about the quality of the item at that price point. I would like to return the item. However, there are no return instructions included in the package, so I've reached out to the company by email. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

On 1st of this month I ordered 2 dresses for myself which I received 4 days ago but unfortunately none of those are of good quality so I decided to return the product and it was a headache for me to return the product as there is no way to return the product online fortunately last day I got a number from google that is 1/800/815/8263 to which they responded and I was able to return the product and receive my product.

All the 3 stars go to the person who was on the phone in this 1/800/815/8263 number and helped me to refund the dresses as well as receive my refund.

Boots I ordered are not made for women's feet in the US. you must have skinney ankles and skinny heel. Purchased thru paypal, Refund was very easy and quick. I am stuck with some shoes I can't wear. Shoes were $37 (tax incl.) they refunded me $20. Not happy. Gave 3 stars because I did not have any problems with getting the $20.

Ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service number which is +1/607/214/3005 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them

First of all the dress quality is worse, i ordered 5 Dress from here and none of those were of correct size moreover quality was so bad that i was unable to gift them to my sister so i decided to return the product and claim my refund but in the whole website there is no help line number to call and ask for my hard earned money back then after 7 days i searched in google and found a number 1/800/809/4150 fortunately i reached the right place and they helped me, they took 2 hours to processed the refund with some steps and ask me co-operate which i did and finally got my money back within 24 hours as they claimed.

Please improve your cloth quality

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location. The people working there always seem nice and are very helpful. Ordered 2 XL tops. They are soooo small. Will not fit a normal 6 year old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund i searched the customer service number and found one which is 919/702/7911, they guided me some step and finally got my refund Customer service was very good, they got back to me on time

Hi I gave 3 star because I order coat that was really nice coat but was to small on me so I decided to giv back I asked berry look company about refund they said ok they giv me some refund I said ok,, but after that no reply no refund pls kidnely can u solve my problems,

I just placed a large order online but did not receive any email confirmation.or receipt. Cannot reach them by email, and the contact section doesnt work. I tried to enter a dozen capcha codes to send the message but it won't go through. Did I get ripped off.

Do not buy at Berry look pls. Dont waste you money, i ordered 5 jackets, none of them fit me... run very small, also, they dont provide a e-mail or contact in case to return- NO label return, Fabric quality es very poor. I contact them, they reply after 2 week, cuz i want to return my order, i was told to give as a gift to somebody else. Beacause i have to pay around $200.00 to return to China. I lost my money...

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy at Berrylook- Items look beautiful, but when you receive then=m , is totally different .-

Products used:
None of them-because they run very small- im size Mediun, and i ordered L and XL still did not fit me.

The clothes arrived, decent quality and looked just like in the pictures but the sizing was far too small.

I am a UK 16 and these measure to be a UK 12.

I had checked the sizing on the website and measured myself. I'm genuinely gutted as the clothes are nice and I was very careful checking my size.

I have been asked to find out the pricing for returning the clothes as I can return at my own cost or I can accept a small voucher and keep the clothes. This might be reasonable... but I have literally no idea of the return address. Does anyone have it?

I will update this to let you know how this goes.

Fine had minor issues, mom loved her stuff, 4 items came to be 74 which is not bad but at the same time alil pricey or what ever. Other then that $#*! was good
