I ordered a winter white coat. The material is of very poor quality. Of course, the price should have been my warning. I ordered only one item because I was concerned about the quality of the item at that price point. I would like to return the item. However, there are no return instructions included in the package, so I've reached out to the company by email. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
I ordered from Berrylook after an ad popped up and it showed some cute clothes for pretty cheap. I then read some reviews that stated that it was a complete scam. In contrast to what the reviews said, I DID receive my items. The sizes are a little off... I ordered Medium and they were a little tight around the chest, and the material is strange. They do not come with any tags anywhere. My guess is that someone probably just sews the items as the orders come in, which is probably also why it takes a while to come in. I'm glad my items arrived, however, I will not purchase from them again.
I ordered a pair of snow boots in January. Order took 6 weeks to reach "shipped" status--and another two to be delivered last of March (Spring--too late to wear this season).
Quality (moderate) was as expected for low price and item IS wearable, though tight-fitting (even after ordering half-size larger than usual). After my experience and reading many poor reviews, I will avoid ordering from this company again.

Paid $32 for boots. Received 6 weeks after shipping. Pulled on shoe laces to tie them and both boots had eyelets pop off. Can wear boots without shoelaces
I requested replacement of boots or full refund. Berry look offering me $18 in store voucher.

I ordered a top in September, it took a month approx to arrive. Disappointed doesnt cover it. Thin material, very loose fit, not as picture, and sleeves so long they almost covered my hands.
I was offered £8 refund, or I could pay to send back to China, with proof of tracking etc they wanted to see. That would be so expensive I would be out of pocket, and no guarantee they would say received either. So I told them I would inform Paypal nor satisfied. Immediate response - they gave me a full refund (ex postage of £6.12) and told me to keep the top. I wouldnt use them again, but if others are unhappy this would be a way of getting your money refunded. The order by the way goes to Orderplus International Limited. The only way I could get hold of Berrylook was through my Paypal acount. Emails direct bounced back.
I was going to order boots & shoes. Adorable in pictures. I am a smart consumer and I always read reviews from company purchased I'm not familiar with. So I scrolled the reviews on the items I was looking at. And guess what these reviews aren't from customers at all they are from their customer service dept. How I know? The reviews were always the same just I liked this product very much then a couple more sentences about how you should buy it. All misspelled like a 6 yr old wrote them. So I figured out this must be either a company from China Japan or Korean or India. But its clear they do not know english. Or how to spell. I mean every review was practically the same. And then I noticed there's at least 2 other websites with exactly the same clothes, the sweater i was looking at were 2 different price points. So do not order from this or other companies that have the exact same merchandize. This a conglomerate company with other companies under them. That's why they can sell the same exact merchandize for different prices what i was looking at was super cheap under $30.00 for boots. And super cute. Now I know their going to be garbage. So I'm going to stay away!

Finally, and after well over a mobth I received the items I ordered yesterday. The quality of the shoes was questionable and the strong smell of the plastic they were made from is toxic. I am throwing the shoes away as I am afraid to wear them. This website should specify what the shoes are made from. I am so dissapointed that I burnt my money on this way.

Poor quality of shoes, you can smell the glue. I have ordered two pairs of boot and they are nothing like on the picture, I am very disappointed. Do not recommend at all.
'Buyer beware' certainly applies here. The pretty, simple looking coat advertised finally arrived.It did not resemble the advertised product. Think of a piece of nylon, scrap, pink material, now sew the edges, hey presto! Apparently that's a chic coat. My photo makes it look way better than it is! It feels like a dog vest. It is a ridiculous idea that anyone would wear this (except a kid playing dress-ups). Of course that's the risk when buying online - there are better online clothing stores around. Well done China - you got my $45.

Spend your well-earned cash/credit elsewhere.

If you read the small print it is refundable if you retain original packaging and return in 30 days. (the cost of return was as much as the coat)

The clothing appears cotton on website but when receiving items it was like wearing a cheap shower curtain! False advertising, cheap material and runs small. Horrible!
I ordered a long thick sweater from Berrylook, waited 2 weeks only to receive a shrunken down rubbery textured sweater, that feels too stiff to wear in return. I'm just very disappointed, i want to support online shopping despite the bad reputation it gets from others, but how can i when sites like Berrylook support this bad reputation. I ordered a dress and other items they wrote a number in front of the sizes. The wrong size of course! I have tried numerous times to get in touch with someone but every time I try to put the symbols from the validation box it says invalid verification code. It's a fraud!
