Thank you Berkeley team ( I hasten to mention names on this platform for confidentiality), for taking the time to reassure me and explain the status. With regards to the two gentlemen you mentioned being away, unless it is a permanent / extremely long away time, I would not mind waiting for them to return, especially if you had selected them first in terms of potential compatibility... in other words, I trust your judgement implicitly :)!
This service is a scam. The introductions are few and of low quality. If you decide its sub par and want out, no refund will be offered. Its designed specifically to scam women and should be in fact illegal! Pay for a quality app and you will get much better introductions. They have very few man it seems and are con artists. The fees are exorbitant for what constitutes 3 dates in 14 months to average man with major issues including suspect backgrounds.

I cannot get over how convincing the agent I dealt with was. I had my doubts and she allayed them all boosted by a story of her own harrowing relationship experience as a result of which she lost her hair! I was in tears for her. Literal tears.
She has missed her vocation! Meryl Streep has nothing on her.
But all the profiles I was presented never materialised once I signed the contract. Certainly this could all be put down to bad luck. I wish it was because I'd prefer that scenario to the one where I had been expertly lied to or scammed. I have such trouble trusting anyone since. So disappointed and missing the few thousand euros too.
Your agency in Poland is so unprofessional. Nobody should pay you money. After half year, I had one not nice phone call. You were only interested in money. After paid, your attention is 0.
I would like to say to everybody who thinks about this agency, don't waste your money!

The worse experience ever. I want to share my experience and warn others against signing up with this company. They told me things which I later found out we're not true • Company claims: At my initial meeting, the company rep that stated that I could expect about 1-2 introductions a month that didn't happened. I had only 5 profiles given to me in 8 months. I have emails evidence showing that they ignored pretty much everything I said. They just play and have no man to introduce to you. When I complained they made me feel that it was my fault because I was ugly they even told me the client didnt wanted to talk to you because of your profile picture on whatchapp but we didnt tell you for you not to feel bad a totally joke because i dont have a whatchapp photo. They are just bad very bad

If you click on the people's reviews you will notice all of people, have also posted reviews for
Algys Autos Ltd ( Located in the UK)
Slush Puppie Tri-State, Inc. located in Monaca PA (USA)
There is also another company I see on some of the reviews Lush Furniture located in Singapore.
So just so I understand, the above people not only used Berkley international in the UK but also must have visited or done business with a company called Slush Puppie in America, and travelled to or visited the same store called Lush Furniture in Singapore.
Or I hope you would not have used a social media company / seo company to create fake reviews, and that company has created 10 profiles and created a fake review not only for you, but their other clients such as Algys Autos and Slush Puppe, and Lush Furniture in Singappre.
Surely Berkley International that Charges 18'000 GBP (according to the ABIA) for membership would not scope that low and not only that reply, to these reviews confirming they are clients.
Just to be on the safe side, I will ask trading standards to investigate these reviews to make sure they are indeed genuine as well as the Advertising Standards Body in the UK and The Competition and Markets Authority

I was totally outraged by the Berkeley introduction service.
They discreetly provide a service cheaper that what they advertise.
They make judgments upon you're first introduction.
Beware as this company will get a lot of complaints, please post on the Internet if you have had an unpleasant experience with this company.

Check your records - you cheated me out of a lot of money. Happy to describe all email exchanges - I have kept them all Potential clients - please check out all of dreadful reviews on all websites. And do potential clients note the dreadful and aggressive attitude in the reply to my post. Really happy to provide any potential client all the evidence I have about this dreadful unregulated company.

I was told I could join for £300
But to keep it quite, as they were charging others considerbly more. (10,00 +).
I was so disappointed as it took 6 mother to actually meet someone.
Ithen I was given an apology.
But the service is not with the modern times, I strongly recommend against using this match making service.
