“Mygenie X5 H20”

I purchased a handheld vacuum from Rockmans Beme. It was the Mygenie X5 H20 i only wanted it for those little jobs, paid $99 for it but it has not worked since day one...i contacted Beme re the unit straight away and OMG what a nightmare i would never recommend anyone purchase anything here...after 25 emails, 2 videos, forms completed etc its still going...they say they wont refund or replace the unit as i have not sent them a longer video...Omg the unit will switch on but switches it self off in less than 10 seconds...the video i sent shows this a couple of times and still they say they dont know what it is doing...i have made phone calls and they still dont know what it is doing...they offered to replace the charger why i dont know as when it is plugged into the charger it looks to be charging so its either the battery pack or the long head of the vacuum is not connecting to the engine unit properly...no idea i am not a vacuum expert. I am at the point i will lodge a formal complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs I can prove when i purchased it however they do not want to refund even though it has not worked a day since having it... I work with people everyday and if i treated someone like this i would not have a job

I had waited over a month for a Christmas delivery to arrive, and still not delivery. As it did not arrive for Christmas, I lodged a dispute with PayPal and received a refund. Despite advising by email several times, I had cancelled the order, they still finally dispatched the order. Customer service non existent. Possibly call centre locate overseas who don't understand English. I will never order from them again.

Do Not buy from BeMe online what so ever

Customer service is hideous there is non

2 months wait for order yeah right!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered and item from Beme Fashion (Pretty Girl Fashion Group Holdings P/L and have had to wait a month to months for the item to arrive. I have given this Company a couple chances because of the delays due to Covid 19. However what really frustrates me is the is ZERO Customer Service with absolutely ZERO response to my inquiries about ETA/ Tracking Numbers. I can understand slight delays because of the current times, but there is absolutely no excuse to be totally ignored. I will never purchase from this Company again nor shall I recommend it. And from what I have seen with the amount of complaints on their FB page and elsewhere, I am not the only one! Totally unprofessional!

I have placed a few orders with Autograph/Beme, and it is always a problem trying to find someone in Customer Services who even cares. I live in Auckland NZ, and they are refusing to give me any credit for an order which has gone missing, they say - this item was delivered to Hoppers Crossing and you are not entitled to a credit. I had to google Hoppers Crossing and it is 27km west Melbourne, but trying to convince them that Auckland is not even in the same country is impossible. I would get more sense from a three year old - 4 times they have advised me it was delivered and now I even have a full address - then I get to check as courier says "left in a safe place". Then they go away and don't reply. On the other order they give me a tracking reference which AustPost says does not exist, then tell me to take it up with Australia Post myself

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy from Autograph, Beme or any of their associated companies - you will pay and not receive any goods.

I purchased 3 items for my mother on the 8th January 2022. They weren't dispatched until 28th Jan 22. (Weeks after they were purchased.) I Have still not received them as of 29th March 2022. My mum is a pensioner and can't afford to just lose $120. She also bought these items for surgery she is having in 8 days fully expecting that they would have been deliverd by now. After multiple communications and "cases opened" They are just simply not responding. Auspost aren't helpful either with tracking. Kiss that $120 goodbye. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller! They will not respond if the items aren't delivered. The most you will get is an automated message that a case is opened or there has been delays. I have purchased online for years from many different retailers and I have never had this experience of blatant ignorance and lack of accountability. They don't care if you never buy from them again obviously. They are no more than crooks as far as I can see. I've also contacted ACCC as this seems to be common with this retailer.
BE WARNED! DON'T BUY FROM BEME!

I have not rated anything as at this stage i am disgusted at the run around i have been put through.
The unit is faulty and i would take a replacement or refund but they have offered nothing that is going to sort this issue
Refund i believe this is a joke, they are quick to take your money but you have to jump through hoops when their item is faulty
