One Star is Five Stars too many. This bunch are thieves. Chinese fraudsters. They pose as a UK reseller, take your money, suddenly do not have the product in stock (like they ever did) and then refuse to refund your money unless you pay a 'procedure fee'. They can eat my $*@t. Stay away from these people. They are criminals

i purchased a jacket from this site as i thought it was pucker.
i can assure you it is not.
after many weeks of trying to get my money back,i finally received 3/4 of the payment yesterday.
this company refused to exchange my jacket as it was my fault they sent the wrong size.and when i asked for a full refund i was told the they would only pay 3/4 back as the finance company they deal with don't give refunds.
this started on the 11th of feb and was resolved yesterday.
