Buyer BEWARE! They do not do returns. Was just offered a 30% refund on a pair of shoes purchased at Christmas as a gift. Didn't fit, back and forth and the best they can do is a 30% refund. I'd rather donate to A woman's shelter!
BelleLily. The bathing suit I bought was made WRONG, and it looks awkward. One arm circumference is longer than the other I even sent pics, and they would not exchange or give full refund. They will only give 35% refund for a suit I can't wear. If I return it they take out shipping + from original purchase. I will pay shipping twice due to their poor quality.

I order clothes for myself and my daughter the clothes received was poor quality materiel with poor quality print. The sizes was not as described and they wouldn't except my return. They was very rude asking personal size for me. When all I wanted to do was return the items. I would never buy again from them. Please be aware they clothes are rubbish and don't look like the photos on there site.
Placed order on April 27. It shows to be shipped on April 29. It is now June 18, and no info has been posted to the tracking number since May 6. All customer service will tell me is to keep waiting and they will notify the company to expedite my shipment. This is unacceptable. I just want my money back now, but they will not do that.
I found Bellelily by accident. Almost a month later I still don't have the 4 items I ended up paying 75 dollars for. I did discover, after trying to figure out exactly how to track my order, that it ships from China... I can't tall about the quality of the item yet.

Complete rip off. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped as they kept emailing me telling me items I picked were out of stock. When I tried to cancel the order they all of sudden stated they had all of what I ordered in stock and wouldn't give me a refund as my package had already been shipped! Please save your money and don't buy from here!
Everything on this site is polyester and texture is printed on! Don't be fooled models are not wearing what you receive, there is no possible way! Very disappointed and wouldn't be caught dead wearing this stuff other than on Halloween. Cheapest stuff ever & you pay for something that should be made different. Save your money

I ordered a top and skirt. Quality was bad. I reached out the company. They told me I could receive a 20% refund only if I delete my bad reviews/comments. This was the only way I would receive the refund. They bumped it to a 35% but once again ONLY if I delete my reviews.
The items I received did not match either the description or image offered by them. I specifically looked for Tennessee Volunteers clothing. The picture and description showed the correct color. What was received was more of a reddish color. I emailed the company about a return. I've heard nothing. From what I can tell this is a Chinese company. Extremely disappointed.

I have never seen such cheap, poorly made clothes and horrific customer service! My clothes arrived in a torn up, damaged bag and they were all stained with something brown. Even if these clothes could miraculously survive being washed, they were stained. After taking many pictures and wasting a bunch of time emailing them (all they do is respond with a generic email), they are now not even bothering to respond! You'd be less frustrated to just throw away your money than to waste time and energy and get ripped off by Bellelily Crooks! DO NOT SHOP AT BELLELILY!
I ordered a jumpsuit and went exactly by their size charts. It came in way too small and short. They refused to send me the correct size and the shipping to return was more than I paid for the jumpsuit. They also refused to pay for the shipping to return it. They offered a 20% return and a 10% discount off the size I needed. So now I'm sitting here with a jumpsuit that's too small and they're only giving me 20% of my money back (so they say). Don't buy from this company!
I cannot recommend to order from Bellelily. I ordered a dress and not only was sizing completely inaccurate but very poor quality. It is impossible to get a refund... the hoops they make you go through for a refund is not worth it. Will never make another purchase through them. Complete scam
I don't usually like to write poor reviews, but I must warn others about this company. They do not stand behind their products and do not provide a way for customers to return anything if it doesn't fit. I ordered two items. One was defective and the other the wrong size. They asked me for photographs of both which I sent. Then, they refused to refund me for the defective product and told me it would be too expensive to return the top that didn't fit. After writing back-and-forth about 30 times, I gave up and excepted a partial refund. Basically they kept enough of my money to cover their cost of the products and I am stuck having paid for sandals that are two different sizes and a top that doesn't fit and looks terrible on me. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered over $100 worth of clothes and paid for the insurance. It was divided into 3 separate shipments. I received the first 2, each containing one item. The 3rd package had 11 items in it and was delivered to my doorstep while I was out of town and was not there when I returned the next day. I contacted their customer service about the insurance policy I paid for. The first response I got was to check to make sure my neighbors didn't have it. Then the response was to check with the local post office. I did everything they asked and provided documentation then all of a sudden, they stopped responding to my messages. The customer service, alone, is enough to make me NEVER purchase from them. I hope someone sees this before they lose out on money too.

This is the 2nd time I've fallen into the trap of ordering from a Facebook ad. The clothes you receive are NOTHING like the pictures. The quality of the fabric is horrible. Not to mention, these clothes are coming from China and they take over a month to receive. Do not purchase from this seller. Instead, buy from American sellers where you can easily return something if it doesn't fit or you don't like it.
Don't waist your time ladies, I bought $65 worth of product and they could not offer me a return. The clothes on here are humongous and they asked me to take pictures in them which I did and they still gave me the run around and over 30 emails later... all they could offer was a VERY small percentage of my money back. DO NOT waist your time or money with this place! The materials of the product and their service is the WORST. I wish I would have saved myself headaches and money and never trusted them.
I'm a single mother with a 1 year old son. So I never do anything for myself. Well I seen this really pretty sunflower dress on there site for $20 so I got it along with a momma bear necklace. It took little over 2 months for me to get my package. So I got it and 1. The dress was cheaply made 2. The fabric felt cheap (which I don't care about but for $20 I won't something good) 3. I ordered a xtra large and the dress is 3 sizes WAY to small. I could see every single fat roll. So yeah I will never be buying for Bellelily again!
Bought a pair of shoes they claim they were canvas they were not Canvas it was very cheap flimsy rubber and then they sent the wrong size shoe, they even admitted it was described wrong on the Internet and everything was their fault. They would not give me a total refund they wanted to deduct money off of the amount plus they wanted me to send the return back to China at my expense I explained to them you do not treat Americans like that when you are trying to do business. I bought a bunch of the mini dresses that show your midriff. Across the belly there is an elastic band that bunches all the material together and it gives the illusion of a big belly. These dresses look cheap & terrible. Not to mention my boobs do not fit in the top part - I have to choose if I want my bra to show underneath or on the sides. Just very cheap clothing that doesn't fit a body right & no returns allowed.
I ordered a sweatshirt. It took several weeks to arrive. It was too small and the material was inferior. I emailed them twice per instructions, but they did not respond. I finally wrapped it up and mailed it to the address on the label. It was returned several weeks later with "fraudulent address " written by the postal carrier. I asked Pay Pal to get a refund. The clothing company said I could get a refund if I send it to a China address which would cost more than the sweatshirt. I'm giving it away and accepting the loss.
I've contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund they said they would give me 25% back still haven't received my refund. Sent another message same response. There clothing isn't what what was expected and it's coming from China if you want to return the clothes you will need to pay the shipping fee. Buyer Beware

I made a mistake of not reading the reviews about ordering from this website. It is just a scam. They act like they don't have a shirt in stock to ‘slow down ‘the order process and act like they are waiting to ship your clothes because of not having something you ordered in stock. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. When you look up this company all you see is negative things and also it's the same horrible story of the purchasers situation that they have had with this company. Please do yourself a favor and DO not order from these Chinese bastards.
