I loved both of my experiences with Bellacroft. Customer service contacted me once they received my order to confirm the personalization and then they contacted me afterwards to ensure that I was happy with the product I received. I was in touch with them the entire process which included an immediate email when the item shipped with a tracking number. Excellent site to browse and the customer service was amazing!
We purchased product from this site and it explicity said it would arrive within 7 business days. We come to find out it is more like 11-14 business days. We had to order from a new supplier and Bellacroft would not honor a refund (even with me covering shipping) for a mistake they have on their website on shipping times. I will never EVER buy from this shop again and neither should you.
