I will just want to thank you for sharing the real things going on in this place. I am irritated from the fact that my brother lost 2 millions investing in. They fled Bella Collina in one year after buying the house and they wanted to sell it, but the price dropped drastically, making him lose a fortune. Really "professional" from such a "luxurious" community! Shame on you!

I found this site watching the news about Bella Collina when a resident reported that they threatened his family for writing a review on Google. The resident shared his opinion about the community and that is where all started. People keep sharing their experiences and opinions about Bella Collina. I am so disappointed from it, because if not for my neighbors moving there and sharing there experience with us, we could have been in the same position now.
Don Juravin does many beneficial reviews and researches. His works are mostly online and accessible to people. He does help a lot of people and he doesn't expect money or any incentive in return. I am surprised that he is funny and shares his jokes/memes on his sites. He deserves his earned followers because they, and I, believe in what he says. Maybe someday all these skeptical people will follow him as well.
I also thank Anna Juravin for supporting the BLM movement and my community, you also have my support for your family in fighting this injustice.
The more I read about this place, the more I get surprised and disappointed! From a terrible wedding I've been on there, to reading about a controversial lawsuits from the homeowners, intimidation, criminal affairs, criminal agreements, to opposing the Black Lives Matter #BLM. No wonder why no one is coming to buy a house in this place! I think you are doing the right job exposing the real things about Bella Collina!
I found out many things about Bella Collina on this site, which I never taught are real. Keep exposing that mafia management in Bella Collina! The people deserve to know the truth and to be careful investing in there!
I have been here on several occasions with my co-workers. It's true they achieved the Tuscan look in their architecture but when you go there to play golf, don't expect much. The grass are not well maintained and there are some areas that have a lot of mosquitoes! There are golf courses that are way better than Bella Collina and less expensive. It's not worthy of the long drive and it's too far from the city. Also, they seem to be involved with a lot of lawsuits and I don't like what they did in the recent news.
It is not okay to feel controlled in your own home and property. I mean why would they bother on a very supportive sign expressed by a homeowner and asked it to be removed?
I am troubled for the residents of Bella Collina.
Now I have deep appreciation for people who write extensive reviews.
I am so disappointed with the place. I visited the club with my family (for a wedding) then the spa on the second visit with my sister. Both trips are tiring and annoying because Bella Collina is a VERY LONG DRIVE. Especially that it has a spa, imagine having your massage then it will go to waste because of the bumpy, long drives... it is NOT WORTH IT. We even booked Airbnb in Orlando but it's really far from the city, thankfully no one in the car have to pee, or else it would have been a disaster.
The wedding was okay because the couple was a bit extravagant but the spa was very overpriced, considering that the products that they use are average. Yes, the building somehow achieved the Tuscany effect but other than that, Bella Collina doesn't have anything good to offer for it's overpricing.
Also, I saw this photo and news online that says the resident supports George Floyd Peaceful Protesters but the authorities want the sign taken down. I don't want to live in a place where people can't have the freedom of expression. Thank you Don Juravin and your family for standing up against Bella Collina.
In addition, I think the management in Bella Collina has a history of lawsuits, so I for me it is not an ideal neighborhood, plus IT'S VERY EXPENSIVE (have to repeat it over and over again because it's true).
I've checked this site to see what it is about. I saw they are exposing stuff about Bella Collina so I was curious about it. Found so many things here and after that I found a lot of people sharing their bad experiences about this place. I am thinking of sharing mine also...
I was on my friend's wedding here in Bella Collina about 1 year ago. She was the bride. The most gorgeous one! Her wish of being fancy in a beautiful place like Bella Collina was fulfilled! Everything was great, until they came to the step of settling up the bills after the wedding. So they've charged them with extra fees, which were not agreed on before with a rude explanation "That's how it is. This is your wedding and these are your costs!" I mean wow!? They payed them of course, they didn't want trouble. And here we are 1 year later, after long fights, they got divorced... Well I've read somewhere else as well, people are accusing this place of bad luck...!?
I would like you to continue exposing the things about this place!
Is this the real Bella Collina? I guess it is. Bella Collina in its true form. Disrespectful to the residents and all the luxury communities in the states. Is this how a luxurious community should work?
They helped me to save my hard earned money. I am glad that I did research, before investing in them. I really feel bad for the people living there in the trashy environment.
Thanks, Bella Collina Reviews
