“SCAM, RIPOFF, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, Bellacandles.nl”

I just received my order from a Bella Candle rep in Germany, Sebastian Bauer of Tradecal GmbH. It took over a week to get my order from a supposed local site. 1st off they sent the wrong candle. I had to order 3 to get free shipping since only ordering 2 makes you 2 sorry cents short of meeting the 40 euro purchase for free shipping. That's the first scam. They offer to have me return the wrong candle for the right one with no free return shipping for THEIR mistake. He said yes he knew it was their fault but paying for return shipping was uncommon, even if it's their screw up. Or I could get 10 bucks off my next order. Well I don't want to order again from them ok? EVER. So, scam #2. The vanilla coconut cream candle I ordered... Smells like flowers. It's a pleasant scent but far to weak and it fades very quickly and it's surely NOT what is labeled. I'm a hardcore vanilla, cinnamon, coconut, almond scented kind of person and I KNOW the difference between any of those and the smell of flowers... Yes, the Vanilla coconut candle smelled like flowers. Next is the ring. Their website shows TWO rings in every candle TWO! On the website they SHOW "TWO" rings IN the candles and other pictures show TWO rings in front of the candles. Every picture advertises each candle in that manner. So I find my ring... My ONE ring. It's yet another marketing trick to hook you. The photos make you "assume" and when I mentioned it to the rep he answered, "Where on the website does it say you get 2 rings in a candle? Catch 22.The info on the candles is sketchy. Very little detail period. They show many pictures instead of written details which gives one false assumptions. Each ring has a code on it where you have to go to a really goofy, strange site to enter the code which then offers to only let you spin a wheel that says they will email you a voucher, which I NEVER got either on my first ring. So on to my second candle which is supposed to smell like Almond Cake, NOPE... flowers. Weak short lived fragrance of flowers. I tried the code on the ring and the spinning wheel said they would email me my voucher, so this email I received unlike the first candle ring. Now who's assuming? So the voucher is ONLY GOOD ON FUTURE PURCHASES. AND is ONLY GOOD FOR UNITED STATES PURCHASES! With me living in Europe that is not helpful at all. The shipping alone would bankrupt a person. It's unacceptable. I mentioned the code not giving any value to the ring to the rep, Sabaastian Bauer from Tradecal GmbH... He said take it to a jewelry store for appraisal. Seriously? That too is costly and unacceptable. The other jewelry in candles businesses let you know on their websites immediately. The rep does not offer any other solution, only excuses and lack of responsibility. I did NOT get what I ordered, nor what I SEEN offered on the website. I spent 60 euros! BEWARE Bellacandles.nl run by "Tradecal GmbH out of Germany! It's a ripoff! Sebastian Bauer was my rep. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If 0 stars was an option that would be my true rating. Spread the word.
