Very Good experience and I find it very helpful and beneficial offers. Services offered have a variety and significant discounts including a large variety of options and different stores and brands. The array of offers from groceries, footwear, clothing, eletronics, etc. The options are endless and for sure the cash back accumulates faster then you think.
I opened the account in August, have $31 dollars sitting in my cash back account. All verified, none payable, even meeting the minimal withdrawal limit. & when I ask, I always get the same answer "merchants gives 120 days to mark as payable. When that's done, they will notify us & we will notify you." The deals are great, but you don't actually get to use the cash back. If you want your cash back quick, don't use this site.
I am new trying this site. So far everything is going very smoothly. I have put in my 1st request for a check to be issued. I am not anticipating any problems. I'm very pleased at this time and will see after completion if anything changes. Have a nice day!
Great Website. Tends to offer more cashback than others. It doesn't always catch the orders though. I wish it would.

I've done probably around 20 transactions from a variety of retailers without any issue from BeFrugal. I would say they pay out quicker than some of the other cash back sites.
You buy stuff you need and get paid for it... that's it. If you don't try anything funny, you don't have anything to worry about. I have had no problems and I have had 3 pay outs so far. If I do I will share that too.
If your going to purchase an item you might as well get cash back... love this app. BeFrugal has many store and better cash back percents than, ost other cash back sites.
Higher payouts than other sites, you just have to wait longer to get paid
Very high cashback rate. It takes a long time (60 days) to verify the transactions. Customer service is great and I love their cashback matching.
I use a few different Money Back/Earning websites and this one is the slowest one for payouts to be available to payout, but the rates are decent and higher than some.

Offers new customer sign up and referral bonuses. Has competitive cashback rates and offers multiple ways to cash out your balance. I have not had to deal with missing cashback so I am not familiar with customer service. Otherwise, recommend checking out for yourself.
I enjoy using BeFrugal for most of my purchases when it is available. Getting Cashback and/or the coupons are easy and convenient.
Tracking could be better but support is quick to make amends. Of the cashback portals, I feel befrugal is more reliable.
I had to go through a lot of steps to add my phone number but I did get my pay out.

I've been using befrugal for years and It's great to be able to earn cashback from all my online purchases. Although I am kinda sad that some brands I used to be able to get a % from are no longer available (Nordstrom, ebay for example). But it's still pretty good. Their support team is responsive and helpful chasing down credits too.
I just happened to click on the Be Frugal icon, and found our that had money in my account! I quickly registered my checking account; and the money was transferred over! I just wish I had known that money was there. But, anyway... thanks!

Pays out very well most of the time. Like all cashback you must monitor your transactions, especially the large payouts. I missed out once on a very large on because by the time I was able to login and check it, the time expired for researching it with the vendor. Customer Service is friendly and mostly helpful.
I have been using this site for almost 2 years. Ofcourse something is better than nothing but they are very sticky some times.
First time requesting payment, will know more when I receive it. Would prefer some more sites to be added to the list of discounts.
