Bee Cafe

I was a recurrent customer at the Bee Cafe in Woodside. I liked the fact that they have outdoor seating. On numerous occasions I have gotten lukewarm coffee (warm to cold) and a stale (not fresh) overly oily frozen food croissant. They sell "overpriced frozen items." Ok fine, I'm the type that overlooks these things in life. But, when you treat some of your customers "indifferently according to your ethnicity or how you look that's not OK." Management (owner) and the employees have to get trained with customer service skills and "embrace diversity and equality" especially if your business is in a neighborhood that is considered a melting pot of different ethnicities. *** "They choose whom they want to serve without an attitude." *** It's a NO! For the Bee Cafe for me! Many other options! I'll take my money where I will be welcomed. Don't judge a book by its cover! *** "Learn equality." *** 1. Sneak peeked in the small kitchen on the way to the restroom. Food scattered on the cutting board numerous times. 2. Saw a male employee sweep and clean outdoor tables without gloves. Then went behind the counter to serve a customer a brew without cleaning his hands! That's NOT hygenic and now with this pandemic going rampant wow that's disgusting! 3. Dirty unsanitary rag used over and over on steam wand frother of the cappuccino maker. No wonder I had the runs afterwards.
