We had ordered a bed through another company but were messed about with delivery days - so we came across beds.co.uk and found a cheaper alternative. It arrived on time, had better storage and is a much better product. We then went on to order our garden furniture which was equally easy to assemble and great value
This purchase could not have been easier. Product selection was good and lots of info on the website.
I could arrange delivery to suit me and delivery was achieved well inside the requested window.

My old mattress was clearly at the end of its useful life - after some searching and comparing I ordered my new kingsize mattress from beds.co.uk. It was a good price, it arrived on time and I was able to put it in place in minutes on my own with minimal effort.
Went to bed and the following morning I had to drag myself away from the bed as it was so comforrtable.
Excellent communication via email for delivery dates and times and they kept their promise and delivered on time.

I put my order in for 5 x King sized, and 2 x single memory foam mattresses, which all arrived within a few days, they are perfect for my B+B, and from the ease of ordering to the excellent prices and quality I would most definitely recommend using Beds.co, very good service
The bed was delivered as arranged and the delivery guys were very helpful. The bed is comfortable and looks decent. Very easy to assemble. Would recommend this product.

CON ARTISTS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
If I could give ZERO I would. Ordered a new divan bed from this site. Was told the delivery company would call to arrange delivery. No phone call. Came home to find my new bed and mattress dumped in my front garden in the rain! And they'd got my neighbour to sign for it!
I opened the packaging only to find the base damaged, the matress dirty and scuffed and the build quality of the base was so poor that the drawer was already broken before anything had been put in it! They'd also not delivered the headboard as it had been broken in transit.
Obviously I got straight in touch with customer services with photographic evidence and requesting a refund. I was informed that my complaint had been passed onto the suppliers. From this point onwards I was fed lie after lie about a collection date and after tripping over the bed in my hall for a month and numerous calls to ask what was going on I finally had the bed collected and now 8 weeks later I'm STILL waiting for a refund.
When I asked the customer service to speak to a supervisor or manager they were NEVER available. And this morning I've asked how the company is even still operating only to be informed by the "customer service advisor" at least I've still got a job and he hung up on me.
I'm not giving up on getting my money back and will be telling anyone who'll listen not to use this company...
I ordered this set from wowcher - it was my first purchase from this site as I was worried it would be complicated but it was very easy to do - beds.co.uk frequently emailed me to let me know where my purchase was - which was very reassuring- a 2 person job to put it together - we are very pleased with our purchase
Bed was great. Delivery was good. The bed was sturdy and looks really pretty. I hD a choice of delivery dates and it came exactly when it said
