I had very good customer service from Zak when ordering my bed. The prices seem very competitive, so hoping the product matches their customer service when it arrives.

Don't understand M. B's complaint - never mentioned the mattress itself once, just delivery!
My Mattress is brilliant, the whole service; whether it's another sub company that deliver - who cares. The deliverer was immensly helpful and more importantly the Mattress was much cheaper than others I've been viewing and is very comfortable so far! Nice one Beds.co.uk

Have read some previous poor reviews and was worried. But... ordered last Sunday and told next day for bed but 7-10 for mattress, I opted to wait and have both together. This morning (6days later) both were delivered (after receiving text and E-mail day before).
Absolute quality at a great price, I was expecting cheap and nasty but got cheap and quality. Easy assembly and looking forward to testing it out tonight.
Highly recommended.

Slight trepidation due to price but decided to go ahead from looking at reviews and purchased double ottoman with mattress. Whole ordering experience a breeze, choice of delivery and delivered when said. All components carefully packaged. Bed built in a couple of hours. Perfect. Excellent value.

I ordered my bed online and rang them a few days later as i had read bad reviews. I received my confirmation by email and during my phone call booked my delivery slot. Emailed the day before to. Check all ok for delivery and got a personal phone call and email. Delivered on time. Great mattress and divan. Very pleased as these were twice the price in dreams.

Wanted a budget priced patio set to put us on for a couple of years. Found the perfect set, at a very reasonable price. Very smooth transaction. Delivery date set. Driver even rang me when he was 20 minutes away. Husband found set alittle fiddly to put together but we got there & I am very happy with my purchase. All round an excellent experience

Delighted with the Ottoman small double bed, very easy to assemble and the recommended Mattress is extremely comfortable and well made with removable cover for machine washing. The price was the cheapest I found both online and in stores, the free delivery is a great saving too. I was given a choice of delivery days and the bed I ordered was delivered on time on my chosen day. The actual process of ordering and choosing the delivery day was easy and I was asked straightaway regarding the delivery day. It was also confirmed back to me. The actual bed is great quality and the instructions were easy to follow. I would purchase again from this company as the goods are great quality and the customer service is super too! I ordered from ijinteriors on ebay.
